When releasing izuku can cuss they released something was off,suddenly the villain came and attacked and they releasing that they kidnap iZuku,toga cut him to infiltrate UA and they realizing that it was toga,she hacked the schools info to give it to afo soon AFO found out iZuku was his son...

Well, I was thinking that maybe Aizawa tried to search for the evidence as why were they thinking he was the traitor, while they expelled temporally Izuku and put into one of the prisons(maybe one for young villains?). Izuku maybe is having a breakdown, which the villains can take advantage of and try to get him out(or kidnapped). Maybe when they give the notice to class 1A, Bakugo and the Dekusquad ask why was he expelled and start to search for evidence that he was framed or that he is innocent, probably going to Midoriya's house to ask his mother about things that can help his son.
Idk if your Au Shigaraki is Izuku's brother or AFO is his father, so the things above is thinking they aren't related in any way.
If they were related, maybe Shigaraki and AFO getting Izuku out of jail and manipulating him in a way for him to realize how corrupt hero society is and for him to join the villain's side, maybe following a bit the manga story line( like Afo has been interested in Izuku because of OFA, didn't know he was his son, but realized that when he was trying to get OFA back, like when the OfA past users show Izuku 1st's memories, maybe AFO saw some of Izuku's memories while trying to get OFA), maybe Izuku trying to still be a hero but needing to go into hiding for being tag as the UA traitor, becoming more of a vigilante, and probably getting help from the villains from time to time, maybe Stain could help him(depending in what part of the timeline is this happening, Shigaraki could have destroyed and got out everyone at Tartarus and other jails, explaining why Stain is out).
Maybe a time skip, Bakugo and/or the Dekusquad found Izuku either being a vigilante or a Villain and tries to stop him and get him back to UA as they have found proof he wasn't the traitor and was framed.
Sorry if it is too much text, I was thinking of different ways the story could go from this point onwards.

They did that to see if deku is the traitor because a traitor would be just like laughing telling them that they did well on finding out you know the ones you usually see in a meme when they found out the person is a traitor So they wanted to test it on deku first because he's the one to be least expected due to him being so nice

How about for part 2; Izuku leaves UA without his classmates or pro heroes knowing and has lost faith in heroes so he joins the LOV, he finds out that shiggy is his older brother and making AFO as the father, he calls his mom Inko and there kurogiri teleports her to the base of the LOV. she admits everything to Izuku. Shiggy, Izuku, Inko and AFO starts a family reunion party with the other LOV members while on the news it shows that Izuku is declared missing!! AFO gives back Izuku's quirk that was kept from him as a child for it was too powerful for the world to handle and also knowing Izuku wants to be a hero. Izuku gladly accepts his original quirk, he enhances it and same time training underground, after years of training he has officially mixed AFO and OFA together making a quirk that can wipe out the whole human race. They start Phase 1 of the long awaited plan to destroy all pro heroes. While Bakugo becomes number 1 hero and Todoroki in 2nd they get called to the location where Izuku and the LOV are. The 2 boys calls for their schoolmates to the location making a sorrow reunion to everyone. Bakugo asks why he has turned like this while the new reporters record the whole thing from a helicopter in the sky. Izuku replies with a: "ask EraserHead and All Might." there Aizawa and Toshinori tell the whole class 1-A pro heroes on what happened and how they kept this for years. the whole class 1-A feels soo much pain. since the former pro heroes like midnight and endeavor was watching the news on whats happening. they start crying, thinking on what they have done and how they werent there for Izuku. leading to this point. Izuku starts fighting everyone while the LOV backs him up. leaving everyone hurt and in pain, some injured and some dead. Bakugo speaks, on his knees bleeding he said: "Izuku, forgive me" as Izuku hears those words. He starts to tear up for he have heard the long awaited apology he was needing and wanting all this time. Aizawa and Toshinori says sorry and everyone around them said sorry too, even the ones who are watching through the comfort of their own homes said sorry. as Izuku and the LOV listens to the apologies of billions of people with a quirk or not brings Izuku and the LOV onto their knees crying. there the overwhelming power that is in Izuku explode out of him, blinding everyone for a good 10 seconds. same thing happened to Dabi, Shiggy, Toga and the other members of the LOV. after that flowers fall from the sky as sunlight and rain appears from the sky, they start to search for Izuku and the LOV but all they saw were their ashes flying away in the sky. There villain and heroes becomes friends and unite as one. OFA and AFO have vanished and became quirks that are known to be in the book of the Mythical Quirks that used to be alive. and there they made the friendship monument, with Izuku and every LOV member engraved as statues with their ashes hidden beside the statue. Life still goes on, quirks are still there but this time used for the good, Villains and Hero roles are now gone. and there everyone lives a peaceful life, with a crime rate of 0 PERCENT, then there will e one last clip where Bakugo is old and stand infront of the monument, looking at Izuku's Statue he says: "Thank you Izuku.....meet me at Heaven's Gate with wide, open and loving arms, okay?" then the screen turns black showing all of the past UA students and pro heroes graves. there Kota, Eri and the new generation looks at a field of graves. and then it ends there.
