How to sow zinnia and rudbeckia

We went live on Instagram with Cara Thompson aka 'Make It Flourish', to sow zinnia and rudbeckia whilst chatting all things community gardening.
This was part of the Britain in Bloom 60th anniversary celebrations, for which the theme is 'friendship'. We are inviting community gardeners to grow flowers, share and give away any extra plants and seedlings, and then create bouquets to share with their community.
