Another great vid fellas. I have a couple of question How deep do you think 2-3 colours on your lead line is? And when is your fishing show on the radio?

G'day Ben, thanks for the kind comment. There are a number of factors determining how deep leadline goes, with boat speed being the most critical factor. Tassies need more speed to work properly than fenders and worms/mudeyes, so do not run as deep. On average though, and based on many years of hanging up on submerged trees, we would say that 3 colours of leadline gets you down 18-25 feet. Fishtalk goes to air each Thursday night from 7.00-9.00pm on 107.3fm. We have a facebook page as well.

Can you please tell me if I can fishing from the bank. Can I walk around the lake for fishing. I don't have a boat. Cheers

The only real bank access at lake Dartmouth is at the boat ramp. You would have access to about 200 metres of foreshore.
