10 precook slices bacon, chopped
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg beaten
1 cup milk
4 tbsp melted butter

I've made this 2 times now and both did not have bacon, but love the recipe. also i always end up making 6 mmm i guess i just like the big ones, and i don't have a muffin pan so I used a cookie sheet. So thank you agin

Actually using a toothpick in this case is not helpful because the cheese is gooey and you’ll think it’s not ready. I wish your times were a bit more specific.
