Its cause they have insane guitar tone so you really couldnt tell the difference for some people. But for us people who underatand music and know how the song is played we would know if they were guifaking or not. But what would be the point of faking if they know how to play it.
People in the comments don't know how recordings, camera work, editing and guitars work. They could be "playing the guitar" to make the video valid, and editing in the recordings of the guitar cover they made afterwards to fit the "guitar playing"

their timing was off a couple of times. their audio was not hearable, what you are hearing is straight from the original audio track. as both played their solos from 2:17 on, the camera started shaking and the video got blurry. intentionally, to hide that they were not fast enough to hit the notes. those dudes were strumming along to the song, but they didnt cover it.
