If there was ever a “seniors” tour of these amazing now-retired tennis players, I think they’ll fill stadiums all over again. There won’t be an era of men’s tennis like this again for a very long time. As much as I love Sinner and Alcaraz and the rest of the top 10, they lack rizz on court. It’s all business these days, they don’t scintillate with artistry.
There won't be any era of tennis period. With wars everywhere in the world and systemic collapses during this first half of century, it's not sure you'll have tournaments here and there on the map all year long... same for soccer and professional sports in general.
There is an ATP tournament in my city, Brasília, Brazil's capital, every 2 years they bring the retired legends to play here. We've had Ferrer, Hass, Nalbandian, Moya, Curvas and a couple more. I joke with my friends saying that in a couple of years we will have the big 3 or 4 or 5 playing here all at once
@@maxpowers4436luckily nadal , Murray and djokovic were around 6 years junior to roger. If those 3 also has been almost his age or only 1-2 years junior, these 3 would have retired much before Roger and would have won much lesser accolades( trophies) Roger will always be Mr. Tennis. He will be always tennis the game itself and all others will always be the players playing tennis
A very beautiful human Being in heart and manners. A very special tennis player. I have missed him to play. Have sorrow for his pains. My second most fav. player of all time. Todos los mejores deseos. ❤
As a swiss Fedal-Fan: why doesnt Roger join/is there LIVE at the farewell - for example at Nadal's: was dissapointed to see this :( But at least a video from ONE of the GOATs 🐐🇨🇭♥️🙏
exactly what I thought. Rafa was there to play doubles with him, he should have been there when rafa retired! Also big gesture from novak to actually be there! He makes up a lot in recent years with classy gestures
The US Open final Delpo won against Fed in 2009 was a great great match. Shame he didn't win few more majors he had the talent but his body could only take so much Great man. Full respect for DelPo!
@huzcer Hey, I'm a little confused. I am a fan of Delpo , but he hasn't played a professional tournament since Feb 2022 right? Hasn't he been retired already for quite a while?
@@bigboytennis1 Murray's retirement gig at Wimbledon, Federer no-show, Nadal was to have an event (but Spain lost in earlier round) at Davis Cup - Federer was not planning to be there at that either. 2 of the big rivals and who were at his thing - double no show /' planned no-show.
I'm not one to dislike people, but for some reason, he never appealed to me; he always seemed like an actor, attempting to garner attention with his insincere kindness.

What do you mean with rizz and business? For example with Alcaraz?

@@NicolasNMI brother you need to chill
Alcaraz is an unbelievably exciting player. The most exciting since Roger. You crazy bro!
Roger was there before them, and after them, he saw them young and retiring, he is the most experienced of them.
after them? tf u mean?
@@ramonschmidt6661 Roger was still playing when many younger players retired earlier than him.

He was a lovely player to watch. And such a dignified presence. Argentina should be proud of him.

Many things could be said about Delpotro , but I haven’t seen a more nicer and more humble player than delpotro on the ATP tour.
Del Po had possibly the biggest forehand in history! With Thiem having the biggest backhand
Appeared humble and charming demeanour on and off court
The tennis world will miss you, Juan. Congratulations on your retirement.
del potro federer most underrated rivalry might be number one by played tennis quality.
I loved this Guy Tennis, alas like Soderling he had not had many chance in Sport he loved.
Que bueno que estuvo todo te lo mereces juan martin, novak te seguiré viendo en el 2025 y roger como te extraño verte jugar.

Rozer never miss a chance to promote his supporters brand even in a video... just like that forehand ....
Didn’t Delpo retire long ago..?
Thats how Goat talking 🥰💪
Roger’s non personal appearance is his version of “f u for 2009 US open final” 😂
Roger can still kick his a** and even Novak now- once he trains hard, this is Roger after all, he's gifted, I hope to see him back on the court soon!
wtf 😂
Delusion on an other level😅😂
Definitly mate. Roger still got it. He got some rest and will be back Sohn. Roger is different he is the best even with 60 year old fat ass

Wow, you're so lame if you think that, you live a miserable life I bet or you're depressed or both.
you clearly don't watch Tennis.
Del potro first thing you think of- boomer of a forehand
No time coming...hah
