I'm terrible at Kaizo, but this is one of my favorite regular hacks. Gets harder as you go, pretty much to my limit, but I enjoy it. The gimmicks levels provide are really fun and interesting. Even though you're a shell jumping Kaizo freak, I hope you're enjoying something you don't normally do.
@@GendoIkari_82but on/off switches were a thing on the original games first, they were not created by hackers. Maybe not used much, but they were there
@@Aldenfenris The switches were there, but on/off BLOCKS were not. The switches were used for other things like tracks, but there weren’t blocks that turned on or off.

I'm surprised a video game developer hasn't stolen ideas or gimmicks from ROM hacks and put them into their own platforming game.

Bubble Mario was in a hack before Wonder.
The drug mushrooms also make your timer run down really fast.
I think this is the first time I've seen Poo play a ROM Hack that I think to myself, "Yeah, I could beat this and have fun doing it."

This romhack looks a little bit like if the creators of donkey kong country 2 made a mario hack.
