Which one did you like better? I like Hercules' sturdiness, but they are a tad less stable at the base of the stand than the K&M in my experience. For reference I am comparing two models of both brands that sell for 30-35€.
I like the Hercules stand for vocals and K&M for drum overhead mics. The K&M are sturdier for when you need stability in your mics. My Hercules mic stands are just easier to use for vocalists especially if I'm running Karaoke or open mic night and no one seems to know how to use a mic stand lol
Hi, I'm 72" tall, but average mic stands are usually 35-65" tall. I think I misunderstand the concept of adjustability. Do you have an opinion about this?

Oh man very guilty on that wrap the cord around the mic stand - EVERYONE does it that way

Can you give me some more info about your concern or issue? e.g. is the mic stand not reaching your height or need a taller mic stand?
