I need to look into this guy cause he’s legit. Whether I’m in my toy shed or my friends I see Devine’ name everywhere inside of plugs. Thanks for your hard work. I don’t know you well today but by tomorrow that will be different.
i think the reverb algorithm used along with the compression algo at the end really makes this plugin shine, this thing can turn anything metallic, and how unfiltered uses compression algos in post on a lot of their plugins really brings out some lovely sounding suction effects when its triggering, especially with the reverb on mask mode here.
Brilliant. I think a lot of it can be reproduced with some smart Byome programming...but for 29.99€, in the cart it goes. Everything Unfiltered Audio is brilliant.
@@No.0.o.0 Depends on what kind of modulation you have going inside Byome but I can bring my CPU to its knees with both plug ins given I generate loads of long grains.
In case you are trying to get SILO to work with FL STUDIO and can't get any sound, here is a fix: In the VST window click on "Vst wrapper Settings" -> "Processing" -> check "Make Bridged" Make sure that "Process inactive Inputs and Outputs " is checked too.
What happens to its effects when played in mono? Granted, they will understandably lose their width, but do the levels remain correct, or are they subject to phase-cancellation?

Crazy random scatterings and glitch are all well and good, but I wonder how useful it is for creating song structures. I have a bunch of GRM tools that are fabulous sound tools for more abstract compositions, but I rarely use them for more traditional arrangements. What do people as I'm up to my ears in 'KOOL!' sounds, lol!
The plugin should install with factory presets included. Please note that Unfiltered Audio presets are hardcoded into the plugin and are only accessible from the plugin GUI, not your host software's preset management. While I´m very interested in this plugin, I didn´t really get the drum pattern part of the demo: Everything on 100% wet results in useless loops (just for me, others may fill albums with that). I would have liked to listen to the results at a much lower mix setting, so the dry pattern dominates and silo adds just that bit of background percussion related to the main events. Would that work or am I totally off track here ?

Hope it'll be handy: - First of all, Spectral Monitor of Sample should have zoom option and display all the length of loaded sample. - Second, every granule should have start point, possibility to locate it's granules on the length of sample. And additional choise of movement direction of the granule. Like I would locate one granule on Kickbass of uploaded loop choosing forward "playing" (+here you may control the decay time of granule playing from chosen place) and another granule would be placed on Snare place of uploaded loop choosing backward "playing". This would be interesting and up to 16 granules would be quite enough. - Third that came from the first glance. You, guys, have optioned effects in Geometry. Though, is it possible to adjust them? Moreover! If You, guys, are Unfiltered Audio, why not integrating some of YOUR 36 spectral effects from SpecOps (I personally bought it and am really glad of it!) or YOUR Sandman Pro! This would be really outstanding to split Geometry onto 4 regions with an effect on every one and a whole ton of adjustable choices. - Fourth. Where is Your trademark Modulation Bar? The only flaw of it is a lack of inbind fuction, users have to delete the whole modulator unlike just delete binded toggle. But still, it really makes the product outstanding. - Fifth. That's quite inadequate and from future))) Every added granule should have own route on Geometry consisted of up to 8 (or better 16, but that'll overload CPU) steps, with smooth option, same choice of forward/backward moving on this route, possibility to draw this route and Geometry would automatically devide drawn route onto steps, different colorizing of every granule and it's route on both Spectral Monitor and Geometry, manual adjusting slope of line between every step of route. - Randomizers and LFOs. They would appear if You added Modulation Bar. Just imagine, granule moves on it's route on Geometry and randomly changes it's movement from forward to backward, as a simple instance. Well... as I said, I hope it'll be handy for someone. Better for You, Unfiltered Audio. Anyway, thank You, guys, for that You do!

That looks like MadronaLabs Kaivo synth, but the PluginAlliance protection system is a pain in the arse I can do without, which is why I still use version 1.1 of DimitrySches' Thorn & never used Softube after buying Spring Reverb (both iLok and CPU hogging Gobbler app - totally unnecessary). Over protection kills workflow of Plugin software especially with multiple instances. Beautiful sounds in this thing too. It's just a shame that I won't be getting it. You can't make large scale pieces of music like Tangerine Dream or Progressive Rock etc using heavily protected software without about 5 desktop PCs and an external Mixer.

probably more cpu intensive in Byome?
