Fresh Green Peas - 150g
Onion - 2 No's
Tomato - 1 No's
Green Chilli - 2 No's
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Whole Garam Masala - For Tempering
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Salt - To Taste
Oil - For Cooking
Potato Garlic Masala

Dry Red Chilli - 5 to 8 No's
Green Chilli - 1 or 2 No's

Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - As Required
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Cumin Seeds - For Tempering
Mustard Seeds - For Tempering
Tamarind - 1/2 Lemon Size
