I have been doing your beginner workouts on this challenge and today the bat wings and thigh one was short and I was up early so I decided to do the advanced workout for the day. I made it. Good workout and I could do all the ab exercises without hurting my neck. Thanks Tracy!
Done! Ab circuits, partiuclarly #2, were my favorite. Shoulders are really tough bc my left RC has been repaired but never was the same so quite a bit of improv but still work. That seated overhead press is ridiculously hard! I really like planks Planks of all types. My HR never got super high but I am sweaty. Solid waist up workout. Off to paint cabinets now. Have a good day!!
Nice arms and abs combo. There was no cardio but I'm still sweating as if there were. My arms feel pumped. Nice way to start my Friday! Hope all is well with your dad.
Great arm/abs workout. It makes the rounds less tough switching from dumbells from light to heavier which works good. Love the moves. 😌as always a blast for strength. Thank you Tracy.👍💪😘❤
I like this combo a lot, because 2 totally different body parts, yet they overlap in some exercises. It's interesting to see where I feel my abs when I'm standing.
Just finished this after one of your 30 minute HIIT cardio workouts as my legs need a break today, this was perfect! Loved the first ab sequence with the plank dumbbell move :D
I really liked this workout. I also was surprised at how sweaty I got! And the side plank moves added a bit of legs/glutes that helped eliminate some stiffness from a previous leg workout.
This was great! Efficient and to the point. Couldn’t ask for more. Loving your compound arm moves! Stood on the bosu while squeezing the Pilates ball between my thighs for a little leg work😉 Feeling awesome and ready for my day! Peace and love Tracy girl✨ Thank you!
I love ab combos! Abs and strength, abs and cardio, all 3...! I like the upper body/ ab combo for a change. I keep finding more of your videos that i can't wait to try! About how many calories burned for this combo?
It’s getting chilly here and I find it hard for o get up moving! Nice little work out aft yesterday s 55 min one. I really enjoyed it especially hard for the flutter n cissor kicks!
I just want to say that I liked not having those extra “pause video for water break” slides in there :) makes it feel like the workout goes by just a litttttle faster. I’m one of those people who never pauses the video. I’m always trying to get as much done as I can in my limited time frame 😉
For me, it depends on what the exercise is like. I could definitely do this one twice. I have a few Metabolic Smash workouts that are 40 min, and I could or would not do those twice. Too hard!!
This was a great work out on vacation, I only brought 3 sets of weights and only room enough in the hotel plus no jumping - thanks Tracy !
Did this one again. Love it! Added it on to walking the dog in some fresh Colorado snow.

Yay, that's great improvement! Glad you tried it./ I almost always give modifications and you can always lift lighter. You should try more over there.
