Hello, thank you for your message. There is nothing horribly wrong with the home. It was occupied up until last month. The entire electrical system was updated from knob and tube to breakers, less than a year ago. New washer, new dryer, new stove also less than a year old. It is in fact an older home though, the basement is unfinished and is mainly for laundry and storage. The home needs updated windows and new gutters. The door handles are original to the home and other aesthetic details that need to be updated. The home does not require repairs that are making it “unliveable or dangerous”.
