Stages 3, 4, and 5 are all flashbacks with Jason, Zack and Trini as the Red, Black and Yellow Rangers. They just kept Rocky, Adam and Aisha's voice clips.
There weren't that many fighting scenes in the movie to be recreated in the game to be honest. I think they did the best they could. If you look at the other versions of the game, the only thing they have from the movie is Ivan Ooze as final boss.

I still have this game but my Sega is not compatible with my TV anymore. so there anything I can do about this
