When I watched this movie at the ending part in 1998 I cried as a child. When mr Nelson asks his wife to leave she leaves without her baggage. After all, she did to fight her husband’s battle. Now come across it again in 2024 I still cry😢 as a d adult

The scene where Justus Esiri asked onyeka to leave his life reminded me of Mandela and Winnie,my heart weep for Winnie,no matter her faults that lady will always be my heroine, wish she never passed through those ordeals,may she rest in peace
Sadly, Lady Onyeka and Justice Esiri are no longer with us with Onyeka only passing a month or two ago. A very heartwrenching moment indeed, even as the movie was so worth watching to keep a needful reminder of our ugly past.
