- In this video I show you how to make a very moist layered dessert using dacquoise almond cake, dulce de leche and cognac cream, and semisweet chocolate ganache. Super simple and quick to do. When eating the dessert it has a tender, moist and smooth texture. For fans of dulce de leche, this is a dessert not to be missed! I hope you like it and try it at home!
Here are the ingredients of the recipe:
Ingredients:
3 sheets of Dacquoise (20 cm x 20 cm)
600 gr confectioner's milk candy
500 ml heavy whipping cream
20 ml cognac
7 gr unflavored gelatin
35 gr water

150 gr semisweet chocolate
200 ml heavy cream

Yo los preparé y los dejé en el freezer para comerlos casi helados, de esta manera quedan espectaculares!
