It definitely changed over the near 2 decades its existed. Kinda sad that, with the fact that they try to have both, it's not moderated properly at all, whether by roblox itself approving fake IDs (not sure how true this one is though), parents allowing their kids to play on their 17+ accounts, or the game creators not moderating their game.
