Does Pembroke Pines have any sort of Public Transportation or it's only for people with cars? Do people rent their rooms out? I would like to stay in Pembroke Pines for a few months to a year stay, so I just need a room to rent.

Yes there’s public transportation offered here. And yes it’s very easy to find a roommate or efficiency to rent. Best of luck on the move!
