- Hey house lovers and explorers! This was an epic explore in a very secluded spot. An old forgotten cottage/sheds and old cars of an eccentric collector slowly being taken over by nature.
Hope you all enjoy, cheers for watching :-)
The first car you seen was a morris minor
Second is a Bedford truck
Third is a Toyota corona
Fourth is some type of Toyota wagon
Fifth is a HK holden wagon
Hi Joe! :-) Cheers for the info. I was thinking the blue wagon after some research was a HK Holden? Thanks for watching :-)
@@urbexindigo5164my wife reckons it's a HK Kingswood
@@brettdanvers9425 i was thinkin a HK or HT or HG they are the same body shape but different front grills
5th is a 1968 Holden HK Wagon
4th is a Toyota Corolla
Hokey smokes, I recognized the oscilloscope before you zoomed in on it! I used to watch my dad use his in his carport workshop. He built radios and our first television and later his first computer. He could repair all things electronic up to and including a B57 bomber.
Wow Judith that is pretty cool! I was just wondering what it even did. Cheers! :-) Glad you knew what it was
I know people who repair vintage electronics who would love the vintage Oscilloscope. He pays up to a hundred and fifty american dollars. He goes under the name Glasslinger.
The Cleo magazine advertises an article, "Jim Morrison, how can someone so dead be so sexy?".
I say take a whiff and you'll think different.
😃👍
(Sorry, I couldn't help myself)
LOL :-)
This one was exhausting and all I did was sit and watch you climb over piles of things. You definitely worked hard bringing us this one.
I don’t know if you mentioned it, but can I guess this was in Victoria based on the cottage being wooden and you said SA ones are brick or stone?
Hi Diana :-) Yes this one was in Victoria, well picked. :-) And yep a real adventure walking through and over everything! haha :-)
Only by Watching your videos has taught me that, so well done to you for educating us!
Be careful 🤕😱
What an unreal place!! This one's a real gem. That last station wagon you looked at was a HK Holden. It's not a Premier, as it only had single headlights. Wish I could find places like this to explore. Cheers!
Hi Ross :-) Yeah after I researched old holden wagons I agree its a HK . Glad you enjoyed mate cheers! :-)
Hi Paul! The mom in me was saying oh be careful walking in all that tin/metal in the first shed😅 I hope your up to date on your tetanus shots😅 Thanks for the video Kara from AZ USA🇺🇸
Thanks Mom :-) Haha yes it was a real adventure going through this one! :-)
So having done a lot of exploring myself, and also going to many many estate auctions, I have a theory on why so many abandoned places and estates often have large numbers of adding machines, record players, reel to reel players, old computers, typewriters, and old electronics. All of these items were extremely expensive objects in their day, some of them even luxury items. And all of them were made worthless almost overnight by the advent of technology with better, more useful and less expensive systems. At the time that this happens, there are always people who will buy up vast quantities of these obsolete systems for pennies, with the mindset that they were so expensive when new that surely they must still be worth a small fortune. Then they are stuck with a ton of stuff that nobody wants, and is not particularly easy to get rid of, and by the time those items are old enough to be valued as antiques, they have been sitting in leaking sheds for years and have been pretty much ruined.
At least that's my theory. I could have spent an entire day going through the first shed, so many cool old things!! Thanks for sharing with us!!
A pretty dam accurate assessment I think you have made Ludercoarms :-) It totally makes sense in this case and obviously many others like this. Hoarding to re-sell but never getting around to it or the market not interested. Cheers for watching mate :-)
By the end of your wonderful video, I am thinking someone in that family was paid to haul away useless things not used any longer, with the introduction of computers, to the old family place that's not used any longer. It's hard to get rid of that kind of stuff. Just a thought. This is my fave explore channel. Thanks!
Hi Donna :-) Thanks heaps for the nice support. I agree definitely this property had stuff dumped but mostly hoarded it seems by all the electrical stuff :-)
Thank your luck stars no one has taken a shot at you for Trespassing on their farms.
🌟wow what a beautiful secluded spot peaceful and quiet. Maybe that shed was a repair work shop and they did repairs at the property love all the old memorabilia. That car is I think a Morris 1100 my grandfather on my dad’s side had one. The yellow truck has to be a Bedford or a Dodge. Love the tractor. WoW antique old Toyota Corolla. Beautiful old homestead I’m sure full of family memories and history. What an epic explore! Love it. Thank you again 🌟❤️😊 x :-)
Hi Megan :-) This location was so cool and eerie in a good way. One of my favs for sure. Glad you enjoyed :-)
Cool, find here... car graveyard, that's for sure. The only one I can pick is the 1st one, which looks like a Morris 1100. And that house nature has taken over. As for the hoard, well, someone loves typewriters, oh yeah, and junk haha. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, MM :)
Hi MM :-) Nature is trying its best to claim all that stuff for sure! Made for a really cool adventure looking around. Cheers for watching again! :-)
@urbexindigo5164 no worries, always a pleasure 👍
The car is a Austin/Morris 1300. You'd just about crap the bed than want to make the trip out to the dunny during the night.. The second one was a ke10 corolla? and the station wagon was an rt40 corona. The Holden is an hk or ht. The truck may have been a Thames Trader. What a hole. Great explore though.
Thanks heaps for the info Andrew and for watching. Yep definitely need a dunny upgrade here!! lol :-)
What a find! The Singer sewing machine was interesting. Not seen one with that sort of cupboard before. Enjoyed the whole tour. Thank you for filming your adventures and sharing them with us.
Yep I reckon tis a holden aswell. 😃
Glad you enjoyed it ktkt :-) Cheers for watching
Would be cool to watch the complete break down and chaos of this house on Timelapse. It amazes me how over the years everything gets so trashed, like a tornado ripped through it
Wow mate this shed is a collectors paradise the Oscilloscope were used to measure wave frequency and noise in circuit, but of course this is now outdated and obsolete as everything now gets replaced with new boards. Looks like a old morris mate. I did notice a step down transformer in that second shed maybe some of those old electric typewriters ran on 110 volts, they were probably a technician who repaired those models. The old truck is either a dodge or Bedford, international. Wow the old Toyota Corolla thought at first was a crown but to small. Definitely that kitchen is epic mate and the old transistor hiding unit would of been the first transistor unit before the valve units fazed out and wow the old reel to reel tape players now they we’re definitely valve powered units. The old singer sewing machine was so cool great find mate, so much old cool stuff in this old gem. What a awesome find mate see you on the next one.
Cheers mate, a tech heads paradise for sure! You know you stuff there! Did you notice the old TV I missed??? Dam it, it was hiding next to the front door behind a board! You can just see it and its legs when I stand there near the front door. Bummer lol Cheers for watching buddy :-)
@@urbexindigo5164 hey mate no didn’t see it on kegs sounds like an old Astor or Kreisler
First car looks like a Morris 1100...
Heool Paul, an interesting place, first car was about 1963 austin 1100, next, truck I think an early 1953 Commer, and then Toyota corona, amazing videos, thanks for posting 😂
Hi Erniepenny :-) Cheers for the info and for watching, glad you enjoyed
Whew,, great find . Those oscillators were used for tv repair but the lack of tvs there makes me wonder if it’s just hoarding. Love the old walnut burl dressing table ,,, good one.
Cheers mate! :-) The is a huge walnut burl full suit in my Mum`s room still. :-)
Thanks, Paul ... amazing! What do you think of the following in order - Morris 1100, Austin truck, Toyota Corolla (the model I used to drive in rallies in the early 1970s), Toyota Corolla s/wagon and yes, a Holden. Cheers, Ken
Hi Ken :-) Thanks for the info on the vehicles I knew you would know! :-)
paul how are ya buddy,,,,,m ok
believe i or not there's a great resale market for 70-80-90s electronic equipment,,,,my son sells computer innards cases connection wiring,,,,,, all sorts of paraphernalia so that is what this was all about
Holden V8s built like tank
Hey ED im well mate and you? Yeah he or they had plans for resale I reckon and it never happened....Holden V8s are tanks indeed :-)
I belive the place was that cluttered when it was lived in but we also know sometimes these old houses get used for storage. I wonder when the last time a game of pool was played on that table where it's at, if at all?
I recognize the items in the attic space at 28:11 as a sound movie projector and likely a photoghaphic print enlarger.
At 30:07 is another photograpic print enlarger both are used to make prints from film negatives.
Seems you got to expore the house just in time and it may have even collapsed by now.
Thanks Paul, stayin tuned!
🤠👍
Wow John thanks for all the info on those things. I thought it may have been a projector after seeing that military one! They had to start fill the ceiling space! lol Yep nature is closing in on this one! Cheers for watching :-)
LOL that first shed should belong in a museum, a 1980s toyota corolla ? pye transista hi-fi stereophone 1960s then again this house should be in a museum , as the sayin goes there is no band with out a singer hehe and the singers full set worth a lot today for sure even the royal singer sewing machine. The 1980s toyota camry are plastic and the toyota crown and toyota corolla are not plastic body's and that wagon she is a holden it's hard to tell but the Interior tells me it's a HK holden wagon
Hi Staffo :-) A museum is a good description for this old place. Makes you wonder what is stashed in the big containers! :-)
Possibly one of the most unusual and fascinating places I have ever seen explored. If walls could talk.
Hi kentuckylady 😊 yes this one of favs for sure also! Cheers for watching 👍😁
Urbex Indigo thanks for sharing with me my friend this video what a find what a explore og this old place i thought it was a screpping yard with a home and some sheds and i really enjoyed and i can't wait to see your next video i am from the U.S.A and i always show your channel support and God Bless and thaanks.
Definitely a doer-upper! 😂 Sad to think that his hoarding may have been started as a necessity to fix things and earn enough to get by. I was worried about you walking around outside as well as inside - felt the need for armour-plating on my ankles with this one!
Hi LWF :-) I though maybe the same regarding making a few bucks as scrappers but who knows as there was some pretty cool electronics inside too. Cheers for watching :-)
1968 Holden HK kingswood wagon
yes see dash speedometer this hk correct.
@@tivet4 yep that's how I knew my first car was a HK kingswood loved it
How sad that in your climate vegetation, rain, humidity and such DESTROY any structures quite quickly once left unattended.
Hi :-) Yes this was an unusually on and off humid/cold day but agree the rain can destroy old weatherboards pretty quick :-) Thanks for watching
save the singer sewing machine , antique, bulldoze the house or burn?
Let the house be claimed by nature :-)
2 old Corrola's the earliest, 1 hk Holden wagon, with the oscilloscope I'd say he was a repair man in his day. He had an old woodworking machine rob a thicknesser in the shed a great machine. The content of the two containers would be interesting indeed. Thanks
Cheers for the info systemoperartive :-) Yes those containers for sure. Hmmmm haha :-)
I really like the old music you add to the old time houses. Its kind of sad to think alot of these prior owners are gone to heaven
❤
❤
Hi Beansprout :-) Glad you like old music, I agree it adds to the past times and these homes :-)
It's sad to see all what was left when they moved out.
HD/HR Radio in the 1st shed🖐️🙄
Another abandoned house with a lot of autos and sheds full of
various things just sitting there forever, a lot of great stuff in this
place and the house was rather spooky but being a long ways from
town or a neighborhood like this it has that look eerie about it,
but this is another great place you have found and another great
video of old vacant homes,Thank You.🤠👍 🇦🇺

On barbed wire once! :-) Scratched my arm decently
Yet another great Sunday afternoon viewing. I often wonder what will become of all the stuff that's left to rot/get taken over by nature?😟
Hoarders delight
Was probably home to some interesting characters
Don’t u wish u cld meet these long gone inhabitants
I see all my possessions as the muck of the drivel of my life. Hopefully my heirs can unload it all for some pennies on the dollar and keep it out of the landfill.
Hi paul ,thank you for another great view. I think by seeing how many equipment, they most probably been into repairing . You are very good at your work. Love watching your work. Deb.
Hi Deb :-) Thanks heaps for your support. I agree he or who ever was in to repairing old things. Cheers :-)
I think you should branch out and make some spooky vids by filming your visits at night 🌙 😮
Hi Hungrydogproductions :-) Ironically enough I have another paranormal channel that I started before even Urbex. Have been thinking about investigating a few of these locations. Its been interesting seeing many urbexers jumping on the paranormal train........ :-)
@urbexindigo5164 yeah I wasn't so much thinking aiming towards a paranormal perspective but just filming your normal way but at night giving the viewer a different vibe.
Some of your shoots have given out a sense of foreboding and that's during the day let alone at night 🌙
Thanks for reading keep up the Rad

Hi love your videos what's the name of your introduction song I would like to hear it in full I've been meaning to ask for around the last year and keep forgetting thanks .

Good story - u wonder why so many typewriters maybe a writer .. if only we knew
That truck im pretty sure is a bedford that dressing table my mother inlaw had a full bedroom suite like that and it was stunning the Kichen would have been good in it's day
Hi Pamela :-) These is a full suit in my mothers room still to this day. Cheers for watching :-)
Hi Pamela...that dressing table I had the whole suite and hated it.
Love the old Cecil Walker bike in the garden shed with the 3 speed hub, he had a well known shop in the heart of Melbourne for years, and it’s still going strong. Another great video 👍
Thanks for the info stb9193 :-) I did not notice the make so cheers. Glad you enjoyed :-)
Beautiful location. Quiet and peaceful.
Love the old Singer sewing machine. You’ve found a few of those in your exploring. My uncle would have been able to tell you all about the vehicles, he was a mechanic and builder of cars.
Thanks for yet another great place
Well that was very interesting so much to see. Loved the land around the cottage so peaceful. Thanks for the great effort you under took to make this video. Cheers👍
Glad you enjoyed it Anne :-)
I rather love this place. The note on the wagon minus a borrowed rim did it for me. For a mechanic and electronics geek living in such a remote area, there is no such thing as too many spare parts. This is a rusty collage to a resourceful person who would never run out of projects.
Hello Paul. This was another fantastic find. I love how you play the music at the beginning. It sets me back in time as you go through the houses and talk about things, I can visualize on how they actually lived. It's sad and really interesting at the same time. Knowing that everything will never get rescued. Keep up the good work. Stay safe and be careful. See you on the next adventure.
Glad you enjoyed again Vicki :-) Thanks for watchig and the support
Isn't that 1st car an old Opel? This place is horrible! Not worth exploring. I hope you were not alone.....
I strongly disagree Jean, these are the most enjoyable and adventurous to explore in my opinion. :-) Cheers for watching
This place reminds me so much of a neighbor we had a few years back. Instead of sheds he had old semi trailers and a few shipping containers. They were absolutely full of once useful things and a few of the things were still useful but he couldn’t remember just which trailer they were in and could only see what was in the first few feet from the door. His house was jam packed full also and I never made it past the kitchen and dining area. There were at least 2 or 3 refrigerators in there and I think 1 did work. He used the others for storage. He used to buy old computers at thrift stores and garage sales. He was particularly fond of the old iMac computers in the colors. A few of them worked, at least somewhat. He wouldn’t ever get internet at his house because he said if you went online you got viruses but he didn’t mind us going online for him. Sometimes he would go to the library to use their computers. We asked him why he had all the computers if he didn’t use the internet and what did he do with them and he never answered just gave a little laugh. He was just addicted to electronics but would only buy used outdated stuff.
The first car is an Austin.
the Morris minor was similar shape to the beetle
Cheers mate! Yeah I was totally guessing on that one! :-)
Kingswood station wagon maybe
The car at 13:45 is a 1966 Toyota Corolla, the very first Corolla ever produced. 😮
Awesome Chris, cheers for that info and for watching :-)

What can I say !!! Wow 🙌 loved this explanation. Outstanding Paul. We had a uncle who has his place like this with electrical. He was a repair man for Philips. The old cars made my day the truck I’m saving a Bedford.

Really interesting and not an easy one to navigate. Wonder if at one time the US military used it as a base for training or something ? With the equipment there and the pool table and audio stuff for recreation as well? Who knows.... Fascinating and thanks for all your efforts to show us. Wonder what would be in the shipping containers... ?
this is Australia not the US,,,, im American
@@edwinthompson6510 perhaps they had US military stationed there at some point in the past, like they do in other countries? I know it’s Australia.
Yes those containers must hold some pretty interesting gear I reckon Clarkovision :-)
Looks like you found a Morris 1100, KE10 Corolla sedan, KE16 Corolla wagon and a HK wagon. The truck is either an Austin, Bedford or Leyland. They all shared the cab design.
MORRIS 1100
That Singer is a 3/4 size (99-1) of the full size (66-1); I forget the model of the cabinet; we didn't have many of those cabinets when I worked for them in the 50s and 60s. I'm wondering that with the electronics and typewriters, if someone was repairing them as a side trade.
My guess is the "guy" would purchase entire lots at auctions of places like old businesses, schools, army surplus...etc. with the idea of resale or repair and just never did it. Happens all the time. I always wonder just what you look like. Trying to put a face to the voice. Some time you could do a selfie or walk in front of a mirror. LOL.
The deka in that place was wicked and there obsession with the old electrics was weird
Cheers for watching Jerrold :-)
Old kingswood or Belmont I reckon. Nice one mate. Cool relics inside and out. Cheers 👍😎🇦🇺
My mum had 1 of those singer sewing machines! Made all our clothes with it as a kid, that stove! Cabinets all the trinkets, the old kero heater I still had mine up to the early 2000’s
Another great find & explore with lots of stuff left behind thanks for sharing Paul take care on yre travels
Glad you enjoyed it guys! Keep up your great explores too Cheers :-)
Looked to me like he owned a regional newspaper or purchased cheap all the gear from one, given the stuff he had in the sheds. The paper probably went out of business at some point and instead of selling the office equipment, Honeywell mini computer and terminals and photography gear, he took it home and stuck it in his sheds. The Toyota Corona suggests he had some money at some point as that wasn't the cheapest Toyota you could buy back in the day.
First shed had an old manual printer to the left. Looked like printing plates that were stacked up against that old oscilloscope. Would have liked to have seen what’s engraved/pressed on those plates. There was printing paper rolls in the boxes. The first car looked like a Morris.
Yes the yellow truck looked a bit like a Leyland, and the sunroof Toyota corona wagon and a HT Holden wagon.
I'd love to rescue the old tractor 😢😊
Still had all the tires on it too! :-)
I still have a sunbeam mix master like that one. Mine is pink with a pink bowl and they also have a juicer attachment and what's more I still use it. I prefer it over the new one I also have.
Riveting explore!
Thankyou & Cheers!
Glad you enjoyed it Helen! Thanks for watching :-)
Bonjour d'Occitanie (France)
What on Earth would someone need with typewriters???
So glad you didn't get hurt on this one- thank you for doing it -SDK
Must have cleared out an old office somewhere hey?
Good effort and a real eye opener as to what people are doing with old stuff. This looks like a scrap metal storage property.
What a cool place so much stuff I had one of those upright clothes dryer another great explore thanks Paul 👍😃😀
What song did you use at the beginning of the video it sounds familiar
Amazing explore! Its crazy how so many things get left behind. Really enjoyed watching 😊👍
Glad you enjoyed guys! Just gave you a sub too. I have a separate paranormal channel also which I was doing before urbex :-) Cheers for watching
Fascinating, a terrific explore, thanks Paul. I remember in the 80s when disposals stores had weird things up the back like typewriters, technical lab equipment,. and obsolete school or university equipment like featured in this video. Perhaps the resident started off thinking that the stuff had future value, then just enjoyed collecting? That yellow truck was clearly built to transport typewriters and oscilloscopes!
I had to chuckle when I saw that 70s oversized decorative fork, I don’t think an Aussie home of the 70s was complete without that salad set! Cheers!
Hi Matt :-) I do also think they acquired the stuff especially the computers and typewriters in one big haul from as you said a University or something. Imagine what is in the containers!? hmmm :-) Thanks for watching again mate :-)

Good find
The owner may have had a business that required a bunch of typists like a newspaper. That business could have busted due to poor management. If in that case, I could see an owner loosing all hope in recovery. Hence, storing the typewriters and computers and never regaining his business back. Sad to think of it, but in the eighties, lots of businesses went broke over greed.
Definitely scored a whole heap at once. Maybe an old office clear out ? Cheers :-)
