Is there suddenly a lot less dogs ? He would have close to 150 or 200 dogs but I'm only seeing this smaller pack these days ?
While this is true, I sometimes wonder if some of the dogs would prefer closer relationship to a human. I have 7 dogs, and there's no way they all get the attention they want, just because of the number.
Lee, thank you soooo much for rescuing these dogs from the LA region. The local news KTLA just ran an episode about the overcrowding and deplorable conditions these poor dogs are living in. Thank you again for saving these guys:)

I'm trying to deal with cancer, and when I see a rescued handicapped dog overcoming its challenges, this gives me strength to press on as well. Again, thank you Lee for helping these animals in need.
Love them all, but always a special place in my heart for the mama's and the bully bears. Mama pitties need rescue more than any, it's so amazing to see so many find safety and love at the Asher House. Princess looks great, perfect lil land walrus!

So many of abused and neglected dogs have not been properly trained indoors but that is part of the joys of being a foster.
Watching *The Asher House* grow at the new property has been such a joy and I know Lee has help but I can only imagine my San Francisco hardwood floors and backyard.
But I could always hoes the dogs down at the same time as the floors!

I had hardwood floors in my house in S. f. in the 80s.
3 Yorkies peed on them so often it rotted the wood and had to be cut out and replaced😂. Oh well.....💗🐾🐾

Lee, the West Memphis TN animal shelter just took in 31 dogs, 8 cats and a rabbit from a hoarding situation! The authorities also put two children into CPS care that were also in the house! No doubt the parents will face criminal charges but the animal shelter is over run and set to euthanize…..if you can help please contact them!
I live in Canada and wish I could help down there. Prayers.
This is happening everywhere! One of the shelters in where I live have more than 800 just this week! People’s lack of responsibility and the shelters wasting money that is allocated to them is so sickening! I am just so mad!
Shirleybohemier6309 you can adopt & there are free transports, I had dog moved across country. Also there are rescues that pull before euthanized & you can adopt from them!

I have 2 cats. The boy, I remember his name (Henry). The girl (Piper) gets called the names of my long deceased cats ( either Angel, Patches or Pumpkin). She just doesn’t look like a Piper to me!
These videos really do make my day. Things have been so hard lately and everytime I watch a rescue or even just these beautiful babies in a pack walk just brings a smile to my face. In the days when I feel so sick and my IV meds are helping, I’m just feeling icky, want to throw my IV nutrition away, and go swimming with my little boy and my fur baby. Bless these babies and everyone that made it possible for them to get to @theasherhouse and avoid getting euthanized. I will never stop pray for a day no dog gets put down for lack of space.

Somehow I missed the intro of the cute pup in the walker, she is so cute. Yes Lee, you love them all, we can tell by the smile on your face and it appears that they smile when you call their names. Thank you for our happy time by showing our happy loved pups to their far away family members❤

Watched so many videos of yours and I decided to adopt a senior cat. I was thinking about it for a long time, but all these videos really helped make my mind up if I could be a good mom to a cat. He’s doing so well and I’m so happy to have him! So impressed by all the work you all do and good luck!

I have watched and loved you for years now Lee! My cup is flowing over with love that you rescued a Blue Heeler with neurological issues and gave this sweet dog a cool walker to go on walks with the pack. Between myself, daughter and parents we 7 Blue Heelers and love the breed! I am so PROUD of you LEE!!!! I will reach out to The Asher House and let them know if you cant find a home for this sweet baby I will drive from Indiana and bring this baby back to the family farm to live its best life with us and our pack of Blue Heelers.

Incredible. Such beautiful, lovely dogs. Husky mama Crystal so sweet with those piercing blue eyes, All precious and adorable. They change the vibration of my heart looking at them! I often think that humans do not deserve dogs and the animal kingdom we have so thoughtlessly harmed, neglected and disrespected over the centuries.

Thank you again for taking yet another shelter transport from LA, my other home city (and yours, too, Lee). Cosmo, Dodger, May... I love the black dogs. It's really hard there, but they must be so relieved when these animals get sprung to go to the AH sanctuary. You have beautiful dogs especially the German Shepherds. I have 2; one left abandoned in a house who’s about 12 and the other one just had her leg amputated due to poor breeding. I love them both. They’re the sweetest people/dogs.

Crystal is so pretty. I bet she was named for the song, Crystal Blue Persuasion because of her eyes. It’s wonderful to see the dogs just enjoying their lives. I rescued two sister dogs once and one was mean to the other. The mean one got loose and hit by a car. I drove her as quickly as possible to the nearest vet but she died. The other dog was much happier without her so sometimes they don’t bond like family.

Lee if you are looking for a new name for crystal, a friend of ours had a beautiful husky called Yuki and crystal is a double for her. Unfortunately my friends Yuki passed away a number of years ago but was an absolute sweetheart to everyone and a fantastic mum to her 4 babies, 2 of which he kept, Oscar and Sabrina.
As I have said before to you, you really are a truly fantastic human being and a true angel to all the animals you have rescued.

You can’t keep a Heeler down! Glad to see that little guy rolling around! One of my pack had a neurological injury this year (at 7 years old) and didn’t walk for 6 weeks. Now he’s running around with just one stiff leg. Our main lingering problem is he must not be able to feel when he needs to go number 2. But it’s usually not a terrible mess and I work from home most days and deal with it immediately. Love seeing all the rescues and hearing there have been adoptions! 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Sooo impressed you saved that wonderful dog who couldn’t walk! We had a dachsie with IVDD who became paralyzed and who had a happy life despite her wheels. Much later we adopted a paralyzed dachsie we saw on a rescue list, knowing she would be worth every effort (and I was already a trained “squeezer”-skilled at bladder evacuation/expression which the paralyzed dogs needed). Special needs dogs are especially amazing!

I just found you and I love watching your videos, but it takes me 3 or 4 time to watch one video because I have to stop and cry and gather myself every few minutes, but it is sooo worth it ❤❤❤ I had 2 Huskies ,a brother and sister..aren't they wonderful dogs?? I think the most beautiful video recently was the one talking about the pain involved in loving so extremely & unconditionally. Also, all of the hard, hard work that is involved.
I pray that he has the strongest most loyal people surround him because he needs that. A lot of people claim they are strong but you don't really know what they will do in an emergency or traumatic situations unless theyve been battle tested in such.
If you know what I mean, youve seen people you thought were strong bail when things get too much or too hard.
He just cant have that with so many little souls counting on him. I really hope he has people around him that tell him just go to bed or rest & then they do everything else needed that day. Being this loving & kind is extremely taxing. It is imperative that he has some of the physical & misc weight lifted daily or he will not sustain this for life. When we witness people like this, we should all protect them at all costs. 🐾💕💯🙋🏻♀️
