Build the Wall | Benchin' at Brutal Iron Gym

I made the trip down to Rock Hill, SC to train at Brutal Iron Gym with one of my old training partners James Gentry. Him and his new training partners throw around some big weight in this hardcore gym. We all work up to some heavy singles with me and James going over 500 in the slingshot.
