What a beast of a vacuum. This is my third iRobot and it's by far the best I've had. It out does the i7+ although there are a few differences that people may not like about it. But I personally believe the good far out weighs the bad. Great work, can't wait for some software upgrades that can improve the mapping capabilities.

@@pjnonato I have 3 working iRobot vacuums. Although, I'm only using 2 of the vacuums, I also own 2 more iRobot mops. The vacuum that I'm not using works fine but it's old (I can't even remember when I got it). The other two are only 1 year old and run like they are brand new. A few issues with the the brushes, but besides the minor maintenance, the rest has been first class. The base makes this a home automation dream. I schedule the vacuums to come out and clean when I'm not home so I never hear or see the vacuums but I get notified via app of the results.
@@pjnonato a long time. I still have one from years ago that runs. I don't use it because it's outdated regarding technology and functionality. When the cleaning bases came out, it was worth purchasing them right away in my opinion The cleaning base was a game changer. For anyone who does smart home integration, vacuums are still #1 on my list of best things to buy. Although, I highly recommend iRobot (I always support the most innovate products), you can find cheaper like-in-kind vacuums that does similar results.
Can you guys fix the software where it doesn’t continue hitting chairs, walls and stuff . It seem to me it continues touching walls even after knowing the map. In overall I love it. I just wish it didn’t hit my good dining chairs so many times even when it’s all in place. By the way , what the difference between buying from Best Buy and buying it thru you guys.

Roomba s9+ i rate it a 10 well 9.5 for some errors but full self empty bin is good for lazy pepole
The shark iQ can’t even be compared to a Roomba i7 or s9. Plus their saying that it’s the same and has a better bag less self emptying bin but, in reality the bagged self emptying bin is better because it actually traps dust and debris unlike sharks bin. Anyways the shark can barely even map itself correctly some users reported. If anyone is looking to buy a robot vacuum buy a Roomba, their better in general. This is coming from a person who actually owns and older model Roomba 630 and it is amazing!
The shark iq is so much better the mapping and the self cleaning brush and the self emptying bin is so much better and this is coming from someone that owns the newest version of the shark iq

Why is your S series brushes so low to the ground? That could cause a struggle with large debris and leading to the extractors being easily destroyed.
I still have a roomba 500 series with a lot of olive oil as a lube it works so well

iRobot Completely failed to address your customer’s statement / concerns voiced here. He said he wanted SIRI AND HOMEKIT INTEGRATION. You completely ignored him, and made some unrelated copy/pasted generic comment.
I just bought the i7+ with Clean Base 3 months ago 😭😭😭 can I return and upgrade and pay the difference??

not happy with the Roomba i 3+ have had issues with it since purchased less than a year ago. does not pick up in the grout lines in the floor and forget picking up from the carpet. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.
