- Mick Foley, wrestling legend and WWE Hall of Famer, gave a panel at Steel City Con to talk about his career, wrestling and to answer fan questions.
Michael Francis "Mick" Foley is an American actor, author, comedian, retired professional wrestler, and color commentator. He is currently signed to WWE.
Foley worked for many wrestling promotions, including the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE), World Championship Wrestling (WCW), Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), and National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), as well as numerous promotions in Japan. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest wrestlers in the history of WWE,[5] and participated in the main event of WrestleMania in 1999 and 2000 (as a special guest referee in the former). He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2013.

Haha, yeah, like a tall Captain Lou. I didn't realize how tall Mick was until my 5'9" friend got a picture with him. Even with being so morbidly obese and substaining a ridiculous amount of injuries, the dude is still really tall.
It's still weird hearing wrestlers call wrestling companies "products." I miss the days when it was still kayfabe, and so much of it was unscripted. WWE just became entertainment (yet it's not very entertaining) and got rid of the sports part.
why wasn't it great to be Belfast ?
Mick looks like a guy wearing a fat suit. Like going back to videos of them when they were younger, he was like a tall lanky kid, not a bulky fat dude like Bray Wyatt. Just interesting since he never looked like other wrestlers. It was never about being cut or beefy strong, or doing a hell of a lot of actual wrestling moves. Just a dude that dished out a lot of punishment and took a hell of a lot more.
