Maybe you mentioned it, but Sweet Clover if it gets moldy the courmin gets convereted to dicumarol which is a potent anticoagulant. Cattle and grazing animals have been known to bleed out when consuming Sweet Clover in during rainy seasons and in moist areas. It's rather typical to find uneaten Sweet Clover sitting on the bare ground. All it takes is a few days of good rain and some rotting Sweet clover.
Only if it's baled. Grazing isn't a problem. It's why I only ever seed Norgold as well for my mixes, it's more money but spreading too that can make what's their get the lower courmin characteristic eventually as well.
