Lol . You got it . Had same crap (vnl d 13 ) happening to me in cold weather . Sometime wouldn t even go over 40 - 45 mph after starting .From what I found out is the water in the filter (filter water separator ) froze and wouldn t allow the fuel to go thru the lines (that s the first thing to go for ) .... well , then you got the diesel itself gelling if conditions are way to extreme. Now I got with me all the time an extra water filter separator just in case.
