I suck at poaching eggs too! I use these egg poaching silicone cups now though and they're so easy! Definitely recommend 😊
I've seen those before but thought they were gimmicks! Where are yours from? i might have to get some haha
@@SallyJo if the whites are separating it could be that the eggs are just old!
We bought silicone egg cups for poaching eggs and it works every time. You just break the eggs in the cups and put the cups in water to a boil. Fool proof poaching!

We need the same thing with the cards! I have made many of them since we stopped get Hellofresh! Congratulations on you surgery so glad it is helping you! Just don’t go to quick with the recovery and pushing to fast! No it doesn’t people are crazy! My husband had that and didn’t look like a nose job! Lol some people! Hugs from USA!
I kept getting water and food on them while cooking so having them in a clearfile helps so much!! Yes true, I always want to do 1000 things the second I feel better 😂 x
@@SallyJo that is what I had to do also🤪 but it is kinda hard not to do that while you are cooking or at least I do lol

For sure, could still taste somewhat but foods tasted less 'rich in flavour' to me, I actually broke my chocolate addiction cause it just didn't taste as creamy and yum anymore!! Lol!

Hey Sally! Can you explain what symptoms you had? My partner has sinus and issues with his nasal breathing. He’s been struggling with it for years but we live in rural Australia and the doctors just say to take antihistamines. Which don’t do anything for him. He wants to chat to some kind of specialist but he doesn’t know where to start.
Mine were blocked airways in nose, difficulty breathing at night or during exercise, fast talking, eating etc! Also sinus pressure, constant head cold feeling, tiredness, loss of smell etc! If he's not getting anywhere with medicine he could definitely go to an ENT specialist to get checked ☺️

We have such safe tap water in NZ AUS I wouldn’t be to scared of that but always good to be safe still!

Cocaine is correct. It’s good for decreasing bleeding and pain relief. Its used in nasal surgeries.
