I start playing TOF with the PS5 release. I pulled for Zeke because he was the character at hand, and pulled for Fiona because everybody said she was God in waifu flesh. Hearing that I didnt waste my pulls and I dont need a new team, made my day. Sorry Claudia, it was good while it lasted.
Oh, we need wait for triple altered... Okay. Thanks for another video, also happy to see Flame team is still strong, because that is where i play every day. Damage output for F2P player is nice!
Thanks again for all your hard work and again what an amazing Meta Guide you dropped. Hope to see you again in the next Maygi Math Club, up than take care please :))
Thank you for the hard work! The optimized rotations definitely helped my whale friend who was struggling with bygone lol. I wonder how much dps loss it would be to have a simpler Ling Han rotation compared to your optimized one - considering both yulan skill and nan yin discharge upkeep is both 15 seconds, i'd just yulan discharge into nan yin every 15 seconds and use her to quickly charge into ling han discharge. Esp since my monkey brain finds it hard to do a complicated pattern. Gonna kektus test this. EDIT okay I tested, i think I lost about ~8-11% damage so that's pretty huge.
Hi Maygi, great video as always. I just have one question regarding flame comp with Nan Ying main dps. That rotation seems almost impossible timing wise outside a cactus? Like say on most bosses they will move about, I can't see how that timing can be possible? Appreciate this is all theory crafting for the most part in the most ideal positions of course 😅
The timing is ultra tight, but for the most part doable - in situations with lost uptime, maybe vs things like Chiron, can pivot and do something like Nan Yin DPS -> switch to Zeke at like 1.8 charge bars -> Zeke skill -> Fei Se skill x2 -> Nan Yin discharge~
you should try doing nanyin clone skill. in my case, with yulan a1, ling han a0, nanyin a1 i do 15%-25% more dmg doing hold dash with nanyin (switch to clone) and doing x4 skill rather than holding atk with ling han. linhang skill, yulan ult+skill, nanyin ult+skill+hold dash+x4 skill, yulan ult, nanyin ult+hold dash+x4 skill, ling han ult+skill, repeat. And in my friend account with liuhou a0, fei sei a0, fiona a0, using nanyin clone skill instead of liu hou is a 40% dps increase
I'm f2p flame main and the character i gotten to A3 is all 3 altered, hopefully altered will be the best team for me compare with A0/A1 flame unit i got.
Why in a physical team where the main dps is Nan Ying, do not end the rotation by going into a clone, 3 seconds before changing to Fiona, deal damage with a skill and get a crit buff? I did more damage this way.
I should've clarified, but the old teams currently DO NOT take into account inhabit (so they can be used as non-nan puller comparisons), though it's not hard to add inhabit to them on the calculator as it is a feature now!
while testing on cactus no relics, smart servant, 0 charge i 30m more damage in 1:30 mint with nanyin trait instead of ling han trait, fiona vs nanyin overall damage increased like 65m, (total damage of 360m ), (team:nanyin, yulan, ling han(main)), (all weapons at a1, using ling han, haboela, smair x shiro matrices(will swap shiro with scylla when thats 3 stars)) used same rotation as old ling han rotation with fiona and yulan... i think the gain is quite big for f2p...
well gotta love the fact that i got one piece thunder girl and one piece Nan Yin (as of this comment) but i got 4 piece fio. So assuming i get another Nan Yin. I can run this comp with 2 piece i guess xD. Good gosh, i came back and got lucky but not lucky enough i guess xD. ty for the video as always.
Great video! I'm a returning player who quit not long after Frigg came out. I have most of the old SSR's but none A6. I really hope you can help with some advice/guidance. I'm not sure how to prioritize starring my characters as most of the older ones don't seem very good anymore, so I don't really have a main elemental DPS now. Do you think it's still worth investing into Lin for a full Altered comp? I already got A1 Nan and A0 Fiona, with enough flame gold on both banners to get another Nan, and another Fiona or Lin. I have like 60k dark crystals to dump into them too. I'm just not sure where I'd get the most value with this comp. Also, are any of the old characters still relevant? Could Crow, Samir or Shiro work with Nan and/or Fiona instead of going Lin? I'm sure the BEST option for me would be to wait for the next elemental character and then pair them with Nan and/or Fiona, but I don't know if I'll be playing long enough to worry about that. Nan/Lin/Fio seems fun and while it might not be as strong as some others, it should still get me pretty far as a kind of casual general-purpose comp. Sorry, I know this is a lot. No worries if you don't wanna bother answering lol.
Hi! Welcome back! At lower investments, due to how the clone's damage floor is very high (as it doesn't benefit from most multipliers), a triple altered comp that focuses on such will be a huge power spike. Normally it'd be hard for me to recommend Lin, but she would be quite a decent boost due to activating triple altered resonance. It takes quite a bit of investment before "normal" comps beat out triple altered comps, so this comp should remain fairly powerful for quite some time! I'd recommend grabbing Nan Yin A3 as well if you have extra funds, as well as her 2-piece matrix, to max out the clone potential. The neat thing about triple altered is that you don't really need to care about most matrices, only the ones that boost attack or crit damage; so you'd be set for a while!
@@Maygi Thank you so much! This was exactly the type of help I was looking for. Will definitely follow your advice! That sounds more or less like what I was expecting after watching your videos too, so that's nice. It seemed like altered would make a pretty good lower investment comp for someone like me who missed all the really strong elemental characters and doesn't care about being super top tier. I don't really have any good matrices either so that's another big bonus for me. My best DPS ones atm are 2pc samir/shiro lol. That said, what should I prio after getting A3 Nan and her 2pc. I should (hopefully) still be able to get 3-5 more stars (or more matrices?) split between Nan/Fio/Lin. I know most of my dmg will come from Nan, so do I just keep advancing her if I can? Or would I get more out of the other two? I saw in your video Fio gets a ton of value at A1, but I also feel like the execute would be really nice for me too, since I have a ton of solo content to catch up on. Lin, I'm much less sure of whether I should star her or just grab her for the triple alt dmg bonus from Nan. I've seen people say you need her A5 or 6 for her to work super well in altered comps but that was before Nan, so I doubt it still applies. Sorry again for the paragraphs lol but thank you so much for taking the time to help. Feel like I'm in a relatively unique spot compared to a lot of players right now, so it's hard to find info useful to me.
So this is what I wish to find out: running the Altered Phys with Nan main dps (Nan a1, Zeke a1, Fiona a3) is still better than running Zeke, Gnonno, Fiona if Gnonno is a6?
i find it more easier and stronger with hydrofocus+maelstrom on Volt comp...mealstrom can also act as my timer for discharge buffs and Nanyin skill cd.
Hey, i like your video, can i ask you something? Now i have Iiu (A4+4 set matrix) Fei (A3+ 4 set matrix) Lan (A5+4 set matrix) How much star you recommend me to pull Nan Ying if i already have 4 set matrix. I hope u answer me, cause i got dilemma about next flame after nan ying.
I'd recommend A1 Nan Yin, and then you can save the rest~ Yan Miao is just around the corner, and A1 Nan Yin is sufficient and will always be useful for other characters!
Quick question for Ling Han MDPS Frost team. I have Heart at lvl 2, Bubble gun at lvl 0 and Overdrive Shot at lvl3. Would lvl 0 bubble gun + lvl 2 heart be better than lvl 3 Overdrive+ lvl 2 heart..? I leveled up Overdrive coz prior to Nan Yin, it was the preferred relic for Ling Han MDPS and at the moment, I could only lvl up Bubble gun to lvl 1. In this situation, what would be the best relic combination to use..?
Because of how quickswappy the Frost comp is, you won't benefit too much from Overdrive shot unfortunately - I would recommend using Couant or Omnium Shield instead, and don't bother with A0 Bubble Gun as it doesn't give any buffs until at least A2
you'll change your rotation with that it goes like this: 1) torrential 2) wellspring Spam wellspring whenever its available > - Ling Han skill > 1 normal atk - Nan Yin discharge > Possession > 4x skills - Fiona discharge > skill > either wait for Ling Han discharge - OR straight to Ling Han hold atk til discharge - Nan Yin discharge > Possession > 4x skills (try to get 1.75x or 2x discharge energy meter after this) - Ling Han discharge > Hold atk > Ling Han skill > 1x normal atk - Nan Yin discharge > Possession > 4x skills (try to get 1.75x or 2x discharge energy meter after this) - Fiona discharge > skill REPEAT Cycle This is usually a very tight 30s rotation with 1x fiona discharge, 2x Ling han discharges, 2x Nan Yin discharges. Skill up > Normal up > Discharge up titan stats, weakness is situational.
Fiona: 4pc ling han matrices Ling Han: 4pc fiona matrices Nan Yin: 4pc nan yin matrices Trait: Nan Yin or Fiona you can practice this 30s rotation first with count relic as timer, to check if you like it. Alternative: From: Nan Yin discharge > Possession > 4x skills (try to get 1.75x or 2x discharge energy meter after this) To: Nan Yin discharge > Nan Yin skill > 2x or 3x chain combo of 2 normal then 2 hold atk
I tested both, Yulan significantly better than Fiona. But I have Ling Han matrices on my yulan. So I suggest test it on your own, both on bygone and cactus.
This one is tough because the rotation is definitely smoother with Yulan, but the power from Fiona and her limited matrices could easily make the difference. As others have mentioned, Torrential Force will be your friend in making up for the charge loss!
Hey Maygi, (no hate) but sometimes i have rlly issues to understand your voiceover. not only me probally a german issue alot friends say same. the thing is the subtitle what youtube generates blocks sometimes rlly alot of your infos. what makes it even harder to understand sometimes ^^ just wanted to say it beside.. //good video with a couple things who make not alot sense to me but yea happens
Due to the differences in how it's calculated, I wrote an entire text guide on it: docs.google.com/document/d/1_7BiBfm7m61kgAhmBMW4iSdTvV1VHYO8bjuDh3zdLRM/edit
hi @MAYGI, I am a dolphin spender and uses a physical comp, but not the one showed in this video (tof Ps) . my comp consists of a6 Zeke, a6 Claudia and a6 Nan yin. how is this comp compare to the one you showed in this video? am I better off replace an a6 Claudia to a A1 Fiona? matrices are nan yin and Zeke off hand with samir/lyra on main dps (zeke). thanks and I love your contents.
I cover all the combos in more depth in the original videos for each character; I typically explain them shorthand afterwards just to cut down on the explanation time (little things add up... it's the difference between like a 25+ min video and what we have now), though I definitely see how it could be confusing for those who either haven't watched those or just don't remember... I'll see what I can do in future videos!
Quick question for frost comp matrices: My current MDPS matrix set is 3⭐ 2pc Samir, 0⭐2pc Nan Yin. I was wondering if 0⭐ 4pc Nan Yin stronger and worth the investment..? Or getting 2 more matrix copies to make 3⭐2pc Samir, 2⭐ 2pc Nan Yin. Since the Nan Yin banner came directly after the Ling Han banner, my resources are kinda limited and running low and I have some flame gold and matrice chips to get 2 more nan yin matrices. Kinda thinking if I'll use my flame gold on the matrices instead of getting another copy of Nan yin to get to A4 and hopefully get lucky for an A5 with the resources I get along the line during the banner events and exploration... I currently have: A6 Ling Han using 3⭐2pc samir, 0⭐2pc nan yin A6 Yu Lan using 0⭐4pc Yu Lan matrices A3 Nan Yin using 0⭐4pc Ling Han matrices Just thinking between which is better ATM, getting Nan Yin to A4 or getting 0⭐ 4pc Nan Yin Matrices for my MDPS weapon.
@@saddany3254 but overall, having 4pc nan, 4pc yu lan and 4 pc ling is better vs what im using now..? Coz if it's gonna be the frost comp matrices meta until the next frost banner, then its a better future proofing move ATM, right..?
Your volt team is not best DPS for volties. Using Wellspring + maelstrom is more beneficial, especially for whales who have 1.6mln HP easily. With these sub skills, there is no longer need for Fiona trait, and you can switch to Nan trait instead to increase her dmg while on field for a small bit. In this wellspring + maelstrom team Mimi stays on field until you have 6 secs cooldown on maelstrom. With this team and rotation I was able to clear BR 52 with Mimi+2 buff and without Mia kitchen volt damage. My volt damage isn’t weaker than any of the frost whales I’ve been clearing content together. So your comparison graph is pretty questionable. I have big questions about flame as well, since other content creators didn’t get same dmg parse results like you. In general old flame with Zeke wasn’t as weak comparing to new flame as seen in your graph. Also for Liu Huo flame I think the trait should be Liu Huo for extra feather ticks damage
I kinda have to agree, I have no idea if it is skill issue on my part but wellspring and malestrom gives me more damage than hydro and wellspring, have entire volt meta team on 6 stars and limited matrix on 1 star I'm not a whale.
@@siphi7583 not a skill issue, Mimi is so straightforward i still have no idea why Maygi is not using maelstrom rotation Hmm look at other comments, hydro-wellspring is not bad but requires a but different rotation and higher skill lvl
The issue with the Maelstrom Volt rotation is you drop Wellspring as well as Fiona's 4-piece after the 20 second mark, which is why the shorter rotation is preferred. Both these rotations are tested extensively. If you want to compare graphs to performance, you need to remember that there are differences between elements that are currently not being taken into account - for example, Volt has over 5% more damage in Relic A4 buffs than Frost has, which will close the theoretical gap by a good amount. Additionally, both Frost rotations are pretty complicated, so if the whales you've been playing with have skill issued even a little bit, it'd make sense for the damage to match, verses Volt which is extremely straightforward to be optimal with. As for the comments about flame, the difference between Liu Huo and Nan Yin trait is this: Nan Yin's trait gives an additional 16% elemental damage to her discharge which does considerable damage, and Liu Huo's trait will give you one feather per second instead of one feather per 2 seconds when Liu Huo herself is off-field, and you're only off-field for around 4 seconds per rotation, so that's 2 extra feathers, dealing 40.8% extra damage each; you could see why the short 16% extra elemental damage for Nan Yin's discharge (clocking in at 2400%), as well as any feather(s) that land while she's on field, is more valuable.
@@Maygithanks for the answer! I’ll test your rotation and compare to mine and inform you on the results later. I don’t have A3 bubblegun, so I’ve been using A5 couant instead. Maybe that’s the reason why maelstrom rotation worked better for me since couant has 12 seconds uptime and I cast it usually during Nan discharge so that couant expolodes when Mimi enters the field. As for A4 volt damage, I don’t have A4 thallasic and A4 pelican yet, so that’s probably not the reason. Volt has higher quick burst dmg output than frost because of double skill cast and overdrive on start, maybe that what makes volt stronger in shorter battles like FCE. As for the flame, I’ll test it out as well. I don’t have Feise matrices tho, shouldn’t be a problem I guess?
@@Maygi alright, I managed to surpass maelstrom rotation with your fiona trait rotation. Took me some time to learn how to do it the right way, had to modify it a bit from what you show on your vid. Anyways, I admit I was wrong. I'm sorry, Maygi. I will be deleting this comment after you read this message. As for the numbers, my best test got me 2530mln vs 2360 I had on maelstrom. Video of 2530m run ruclips.net/video/4LvGyt7JPlY/видео.html Tho I have to admit that maelstrom rotation can still be considered viable and might be more user friendly for skillissue players. I'd be sticking to fiona trait rotation from now on, hope it improves my scores. Most of the time I tried to record this rotation I was gettin around 2300-2400m instead of 2500. I figured best variation for me shown on the vid
Of course. Volt is on it's final way to outlive fenrir and now on its weakest spot. Brevey will make it great again. And don't forget that volt is the superior utility now. In real combat it's still on top
@@siphi7583 yeah, my cactus parse is like 100m lower than other elements' whales, but I'm always on top of the damage chart in all endgame content ahahah
Good morning good people. I have a question for more experienced players. I am a returning player. I haven't played for over a year due to which I don't have any good characters. I want to make Nan Yin on A1 and Fiona on A3 now and wait for them to add some new OP DPS character in the future. is this a good strategy or would you yourselves improve Nan Yin/Fiona differently?
Wish you could include recommended f2p relics and their effects as well. Not everyone buys BP. But that's too much work for a free guide, so we get what we get, ig. Thanks for this all the same.
I included more relic options and comments (including F2P options) in the corresponding Reddit post: www.reddit.com/r/TowerofFantasy/comments/186xhsj/mathnan_yin_teams_dps_calculations/ I have to compromise on the video unfortunately as I don't want to include too much bloat with potential alternatives!
Thanks for the detailed video. 1 question, how does this new Liu Huo, Fei Se, Nan Yin team stack up against the Liu Huo, Fei Se, Fiona team? I'll get Nan Yin A1 anyway, just want a comparison. My Liu Huo and Fei Se are A0, Fiona is A3, no limited matrices, no paid relics
Awh thank you for the super ! Nan Yin A1 to replace Fiona A3 would be fairly close not including execution - a lot of the power in Flame Nan Yin teams comes from Fei Se's A1 snapshotting the DOT from Nan Yin's discharge, so without that, you're essentially left with a 16% inhabit buff + clone damage vs Fiona's buffs. However, with a lower investment comp, there's definitely room for a clone possession rotation to be relevant!
@@Maygi thanks, Liu Huo, Fei Se, Nan Yin is about 10% stronger for me in cactus. I used Liu Huo's trait and the result is about the same as well. Not sure how a clone possession would turn out but I'm happy with the result
hello, I don't understand English, so I wanted to know if investing in nan yin A0, will it increase my damage a lot or is it better to wait for the next frost. My comp is currently ling han A5, frigg A6, yulan A0
Nan yin A1 + 2 pcs her matrices , once enter field and hit enemies u will gain 1000 charges . You will get insane 1 charge on early fight basically is good for yulan sweeping force n ling han on field
Nan Ying will improve your frost and other elements sequentials, its a very good investment and you will likely regret NOT pulling her. You will be getting more resources. As for matrices, i recommend to only go for 4p if you have pulls to guarantee it (overall f2p way is have 80 pulls, hope to get 1 in that time, block that slot, get another, 1 buy for 80 and the leftover from box). Good luck. Also ask friendly strong players to do FCE3 with you for Nan pulls, its a lot easier to do now with Nan Ying.
I’m wondering if I should try and bump Nan yin higher or just advanced my A1 Fiona further, I’m F2P+ on the verge of whatever the next tier up is, I’ve spent about $300ish
What's your team? Nan Yin A1 is the general recommendation stopping point for most player. Only further Fiona if you're a support main / occasionally supporting on the side. As you can see here, Fiona is either almost on par if not worse than Nan Yin at any advancement level, so no reason to go further Fiona if you only care about dps meta.
Next generation of units is dual element dps-supports, so save your pulls. You might need to cover more units if you want to follow meta (eg get phys-flame Meow if you are flame main, get volt-frost Brevey if you are frost main). Also, if you are not support main who likes to tryhard in coop, there is no reason to go for Fiona.
If you deployed nan Yin on the team, it'd automatically inhabit to herself which has the effect of team wide 15% dmg buff. Basically if you use her on the team, no need to think about inhabit to whom.
Since the clone's damage isn't affected by multipliers, it can be very strong relatively for lower investment comps, but weaker for higher investment comps. It's because of that hard-to-draw line that I can't definitively recommend to use it in a non-altered comp or not...
@@Maygi The clone receives a boost from Scylla's x2 matrices, which means the crit damage modifier works in the clone; any debuff that increases the target's incoming damage increases clone damage. The more attack, the stronger the clone. With a large investment, you can collect something like x2 Scylla x2 Lyra on Nan Yin, x2 Fiona x2 Fenrir off-field, x4 Nan Yin off-field. Working crit damage will replace the non-working final damage.
@@alekseyhaler3122 my team fiona with her matrices , nan yin her matrices , meme free matrices , the 4 piece nanyin not working the crit dmg n final . Idk what happens 😅?
@maygi I have not tested extensively but from my preliminary testing, clone damage is higher than any auto x2 +hold of nanyin. Its crazy but even if clone isn't affected by damage boost, the clone still do more damage than nanyin's auto x2 + hold. I think you should replace any any auto x2 + hold of nanyin with clone skill spam if possible.
@@kuma-bw1we That's more of a case of lower investment/f2p comp that lacks multipliers, especially in triple altered, which maygi have already stated at the end of the video.
Have you done any testing with the Frost team that uses the rotation of Fiona discharge skill, yulan discharge (skill every other rotation), then nanyin discharge into clone skill×4 It's not my team but a friend of mine has been using it a lot and enjoys it.
This is another great content but sadly, frost ling han mdps rotation is actually hard to do especially in real combat :( i'd still prefer michuzak's rotation on that one and im getting better max dps on his rotation too (probably with my matrice on ling han with 2 pc lyra and 2 pc samir lol). Glad to have the Yulan mdps rotation though, thank you!
This is the main reason i quit this game long time ago cuse look were is Fenrir now no even selected so all u do is waste money on characters that in the future better classes gonna replace them and so on and so on a NEVER ending Sycle. quitting this game best decision EVER
What are you talking about? Ling Han is the same if not better in all, except this 12:44 which is "dolphin with full A6 comps without limited matrices" literally nobody does that. Max level, both are the same theoretically but, Ling practicality is much better. At low investment - which is most players - Ling is substantially superior.
This why sometimes I don't like when a complex topic like this presented to the general masses. People like you just couldn't comprehend that there are context in everything.
@@names6969you can still do that. With Nan Yin, there is 30 sec rotation, and 60 sec rotation, the one Maygi and some other CCs are the new 60 sec rotation the quick swap rotation. Where as the 30 sec rotation, is the hold attack gameplay. There isn't much different in dmg output, the quick swap has better uptime on Nan Yin dot dmg, which is the only main advantage.
I don’t understand why nothing was said about the alter team? I had a question about Claudia: can it be placed together with matrices instead of Lin? p.s. It’s a pity that in the videos less and less attention is paid to free to play players because even if they pay for wine, players still get weapons, and free to play players are very limited in resources. The issue is especially tough now when there is only an alter banner and nothing else.
Maygi please tell the truth about nanyin main dps than linghan because nanyin stronger than linghan main dps And many frost still think of linghan main dps tf! Don't tell the wrong computation about training dummy and actual boss combat

Thanks for another well cooked video Maygi. 👑
thank you Maygi! great as ever..
Your Calculations are very detailed 👍
Thank you for the meta guide 😀
lets gooooooooo,thanks for this.
Great video, thanks for sharing.
Hello Maygi, thank you for the video !!!
I'm trying to use the Team DPS Calculator but can't find Nan Yin there xp
I'll update that soon!
@@Maygi Okay, thanks a again for you're dedication, I really appreciate it !
I'm f2p flame main and the character i gotten to A3 is all 3 altered, hopefully altered will be the best team for me compare with A0/A1 flame unit i got.
thank you so much for ur work
Some volt main argued with me about frost nanyin being the weakest of them all.. so glad this settles this
Why in a physical team where the main dps is Nan Ying, do not end the rotation by going into a clone, 3 seconds before changing to Fiona, deal damage with a skill and get a crit buff? I did more damage this way.
Are all the non Nan Yin teams include her inhabit?
How much attack and critical chance do you have?
@@Luis-lm5bd 37k atk and 63 crit rate.
well gotta love the fact that i got one piece thunder girl and one piece Nan Yin (as of this comment) but i got 4 piece fio.
Podrías hacer la rotación de Nan Yin - Fiona - Ling Han. Por favor

So this is what I wish to find out: running the Altered Phys with Nan main dps (Nan a1, Zeke a1, Fiona a3) is still better than running Zeke, Gnonno, Fiona if Gnonno is a6?

How much star you recommend me to pull Nan Ying if i already have 4 set matrix. I hope u answer me, cause i got dilemma about next flame after nan ying.
I'd recommend A1 Nan Yin, and then you can save the rest~ Yan Miao is just around the corner, and A1 Nan Yin is sufficient and will always be useful for other characters!
@@Maygi mmmm.. Which will be replace if Yan Miao release?

Quick question for Ling Han MDPS Frost team. I have Heart at lvl 2, Bubble gun at lvl 0 and Overdrive Shot at lvl3. Would lvl 0 bubble gun + lvl 2 heart be better than lvl 3 Overdrive+ lvl 2 heart..?
I leveled up Overdrive coz prior to Nan Yin, it was the preferred relic for Ling Han MDPS and at the moment, I could only lvl up Bubble gun to lvl 1. In this situation, what would be the best relic combination to use..?
Because of how quickswappy the Frost comp is, you won't benefit too much from Overdrive shot unfortunately - I would recommend using Couant or Omnium Shield instead, and don't bother with A0 Bubble Gun as it doesn't give any buffs until at least A2
@@Maygi Thanks so much for this... I'll Pull out my Shield for the mean time while I get Bubble gun to a2.
Thanks again and great vids..!
With A6 Nan Yin and A6 Ling Han (both with limited matrices), is A1 Yulan (no limited matrices) still better than A3 Fiona (w/ limited matrices)?
you'll change your rotation with that it goes like this: 1) torrential 2) wellspring
Spam wellspring whenever its available >
- Ling Han skill > 1 normal atk
- Nan Yin discharge > Possession > 4x skills
- Fiona discharge > skill > either wait for Ling Han discharge
- OR straight to Ling Han hold atk til discharge
- Nan Yin discharge > Possession > 4x skills (try to get 1.75x or 2x discharge energy meter after this)
- Ling Han discharge > Hold atk > Ling Han skill > 1x normal atk
- Nan Yin discharge > Possession > 4x skills (try to get 1.75x or 2x discharge energy meter after this)
- Fiona discharge > skill
REPEAT Cycle
This is usually a very tight 30s rotation with 1x fiona discharge, 2x Ling han discharges, 2x Nan Yin discharges.
Skill up > Normal up > Discharge up titan stats, weakness is situational.
Fiona: 4pc ling han matrices
Ling Han: 4pc fiona matrices
Nan Yin: 4pc nan yin matrices
Trait: Nan Yin or Fiona
you can practice this 30s rotation first with count relic as timer, to check if you like it.
Alternative:
From:
Nan Yin discharge > Possession > 4x skills (try to get 1.75x or 2x discharge energy meter after this)
To:
Nan Yin discharge > Nan Yin skill > 2x or 3x chain combo of 2 normal then 2 hold atk
@@bryanstrongwind7020 oh wow. Thanks for the effort. I will take note of this.

I can't comment on that one until Yan Miao comes out on global!
It's weird my rotation for frost do more dmg and I'm a noob xd
U say do there combo but don’t explain what that is like what’s an auto to hold chain ? Also please bare none pc users in mind
How much worse is Mimi/Nanyin/Rubilia than with Fiona? I don’t have Fiona and would prefer to save my resources for Brevey :-/ xD
Quick question for frost comp matrices:
My current MDPS matrix set is 3⭐ 2pc Samir, 0⭐2pc Nan Yin.
I currently have:
A6 Ling Han using 3⭐2pc samir, 0⭐2pc nan yin
A6 Yu Lan using 0⭐4pc Yu Lan matrices
A3 Nan Yin using 0⭐4pc Ling Han matrices
Just thinking between which is better ATM, getting Nan Yin to A4 or getting 0⭐ 4pc Nan Yin Matrices for my MDPS weapon.
If I were you, I'd complete the 4pc. Though having Ling and Yulan limited matrices would make Nan 4pc slightly less significant.
@@siphi7583 not a skill issue, Mimi is so straightforward i still have no idea why Maygi is not using maelstrom rotation
Hmm look at other comments, hydro-wellspring is not bad but requires a but different rotation and higher skill lvl

@@HaiOrtaThanks for answering me, I only have enough for A0 nan yin, and maybe the 2 matrices, so I think I'll wait for next frost
Not an expert my friend but it seems like you only go for Nan Yin if you can go to A6.

How come you never investigated using the clone to do damage instead of auto ×2 +hold? I find clone do more damage than nanyin auto ×2 + hold.
@maygi I have not tested extensively but from my preliminary testing, clone damage is higher than any auto x2 +hold of nanyin. p.s. It’s a pity that in the videos less and less attention is paid to free to play players because even if they pay for wine, players still get weapons, and free to play players are very limited in resources. The issue is especially tough now when there is only an alter banner and nothing else.
The end of the video mentioned that triple altered will be dived into in another video.
Next vid dood, we wait for calculator hopefully soon tm.
