The charger is displaying more current draw than the usb tester- cause the USB tester itself is consuming some current & then relaying it to the phone. Also, if it burns probably you shouldn't share the buying link lol

This is not the reason...USB tester cant consume 400ma of current...it can only consume few ma...
It is mainly because of incorrect reading
