Zhongli because he fits in a lot of teams, Arle C1 not necessary, Neuv Sign is a huge increase, Arle weapon is worth it but if have 5star pole for Arle then go for Neuv weapon first
So neuvi can get his 3 draconic stacks as he needs 3 different hydro related elemental reactions to gain all 3 but he could’ve used someone else like beidou but oh well, razor still works
I don't want any character who applies Electro continuously as it make reswirling hydro inconsistent. Besides that Razor provides 1. Neuvillette's 3rd Stack for his passive 2. -15% Def with E Tap if C4 3. Energy Regen and Wolf 🐺🐾
I am using Electros (Razor) No Lisa because she has long electro application and it doesn't allow me to reswirl hydro conveniently and has high ER requirements

Ideal and simplest rotation should be Neuv E/Q > Kachina E (let the drill bounce once to crystallize) > Sucrose E > Razor E > Neuv CA
Should I pull for neuvi next? But I already got mualani by accident😢 I cant choose between neuvi and zhongli😩
Neuv is very solid and easy to play, Zhongli is one of the best supports. Since you already have Mualani, you may go for Zhongli
But Neuv isn't coming back anytime soon 😆
