Also the new passive is basically her copying Lesley's, I miss her old invisibility gimmick.
She also needs a proper follow-up dmg when she's trying to kill her targets now unlike before. From time to time, i found myself wanting to have my mage to follow me and gives that extra dmg, but they rarely do that which causes my targets to survive pretty often. Honestly, people are too familiar with the old Nata that can do whatever she wanted alone, even though the current one is definitely closer to Hilda and Grock, that being they need their team to also follow them in order to gank successfully

At that time, Moonton honestly hitted the right balance for her in terms of role by making the ult reduce its CD from kills/assists too, but then they butchered her themselves by making it only get reduced by creeps. Since then, it's all downhill because Moonton keep forcing her into jungler role even though it didn't suit her at all. The current one is far from the worst version, she just being held back by her drastically different and difficult playstyle than any other heroes, both as roamer (more on stealing creeps in-between ganks) and as jungler (prioritize ganking rather than hitting creeps)

Back when natalia was an attack speed hero, has 2 seconds of silence, ACTUAL invisibility, and had actually decent effects on her smoke bomb (seriously we were robbed of the full green smoke that was uspposed to be in her elite skin).

Old version of nathalia is way way way better than the trash one right now. It's really scary since no one will ever notice you. Her Passive is total invisible even though there is "!" no one will see you, so most of the enemy are panicking once saw that warning. And throwing all their skills around. The good thing from the old one is even you are standing in the same bush you will never reveal not unless get hit by an aoe skill. The nathalia now is totally trash like useless
Natalia is the first hero that I've used since I started playing. The devs simply don't know what to do with Natalia. Just one simple adjustment on her can make her either OP or very weak.
After failing to provide her, now completely ignored lol, shes already pretty situational even before her “revamp” but taking away her core aspect as being the only one to go invis throughout the game was a low blow, and then try pushing so hard to make her a jungler when it contradicts with the way she’s played. She’s still not bad, but having her invis removed kinda alrdy made everyone else forget abt her..
The worse natalia in my opinion was when she needed to use her passive TWICE to silence someone. Some heroes became very troublesome with that mechanic. I really do miss the invisibility on her though. The camouflage doesn't bring the full potential of natalia. I'm always reporting my thoughts to the devs and hoping they actually continue to improve her. Her damage is there.. but she definitely needs a little tweaking on her gameplay style.
Yep, as player that played since s6 I can confidently say her pre rework is beast. If u match it with fury spell (inspire now) you can literally kill any hero within 2 seconds. And don't forget that she has 2 second silence! (She is the only hero that has silence back then), fast roam, don't need ult to kill mm & mage(since she has most useless ult), and undetectable most of the times. (u can became invisible in the bush, beside your enemy that thinking they are safe because her passive don't cast exclamation if Nata inside the bush). Really good times.
I can't really say much except that I'm not really that scared of Nat right now, even when playing zhask, so I guess she is weaker than she used to be. I would like to point out that zhask hasn't really received any adjustments for a year (I'd call it a nerf), and is very buggy: Summarised: Zhask's spawn counts as both a creep and hero unit at the same time and the wall hitboxes suck. (I noticed that the damage problems seem to affect all summoned units, but neither sun nor vex seem as badly affected as Zhask, but please correct me if I'm wrong), in some situations his ult basically just immediately runs out and for some people, on low graphic settings his second skill indicator is invisible. FIX ZHASK. Can we get a zhask bug fix? His spawn takes full damage from both retribution and dhs (which makes helcurt one shot my ult or me and my passive, and it takes two instances of damage from cursed helmet, one normal and one 350%), he can't ult in minsi's anti-dash field under any circumstance, even when its an on the spot morph, the wall's hitboxes are just broken(I often clearly teleport over a wall and stay on the same side), if you activate his ultimate but subsequently die before morphing, the ultimate goes on cooldown despite the fact that it hasn't really been cast (I think most of us would love i-frames during the morphing phase- between triggering and being in it), when you leave the ult before it ends, and reposition it when its at its despawn range, the animation plays but no ult spawns. Furthermore, casting ult again after this causes its duration to drop to essentially zero and immediately end upon casting, WHICH SURELY COUNTS AS GAME BREAKING, so in conclusion: please help bring awareness about zhask's bugs because the help service doesn't work unless we all spam it I'd presume or someone makes a video.
At this point, I would change her ultimate, because right now it adds nothing to her kit. Yes, it may help her chase low hp enemies, but if she had her old ult then she wouldn't have to chase them in the first place.
things that make current Natalia harder to be played, is they removed the bar indicator.. small things, but kinda helped alot. and they fixed the bug, where previously she could still regain concealment while being hit by jungle creeps. the pro on this version, maybe the extended 1sec for activating improved basic attack. it helps when chasing dying enemy
Former nat main here The old natalia with "nothing gets through" ss is the best High silence duration + critical + lifesteal build Long dash in 1st skin, great movement speed and literaly invisible The only downside of her before was her early damage is trash, but atleast you can fast clear lane with "NothInG GetS thrOugH" and dominate late game
Old Natalia was a monster, I still remember when I was just a beginner back in early 2017 I was just playing with my uncle at that time and he used Natalia and my god, I was so scared that he is near the enemy and the enemy can kill him but he demonstrated that even if he was near the enemy they cant attack him, lol. Old Natalia has a niche Ultimate but her kit back in the day was very very good. This Natalia we have right now is also very good, I wouldn't want to see her old ultimate trying to find a workaround in this meta and the heroes we have right now that have unlimited dashes or what not.
To be honest, I love this version. I've played the old version of Natalia, and I found the only troublesome thing was having to enter bushes all the time. The new Natalia is not suitable for Full-Pen Build, but Crit Build. Natalia's Ultimate's Passive gives her a total of 45% Crit Chance, which is really a lot. Together with Berserker's Fury and Great Dragon Spear, Emblem's first talent is Fatal, and a total of 95% Crit Chance can be obtained. It should be understood that not all heroes can obtain such a high Crit Chance. My build: (From recommendation) Blade of the Heptaseas, Rapid Boots, Berserker's Fury, Great Dragon Spear, Endless Battle and Blade of Despair. Spare items are Malefic Roar, Sea Halberd and Immortality. Emblem: Assassin Emblem, Fatal, Seasoned Hunter/Master Assassin (If I am Jungler, I choose Seasoned Hunter, if I am Roamer, I choose Master Assassin) Lethal Ignition. I tried using Natalia to get Triple Kill, and almost every basic attack was a crit. Moonton is doing things backwards. Refusing to listen OG players and catering to newer players. For some reason, they think people are hardstuck in Epic because the heroes are too hard or the mechanics are too hard. Next Miya will be concealed too and no longer invisible, remove her purify as well, too op.
Old nata is goddamn scary, especially when late game, no squicy hero is brave enough to get out frome the base. Fast clearing minion, give enemy sudden death, 2 second silence and slowing smoke is really deadly. She really like a ghost back there, but not today.
Taking out her invisibility destroyed her most signature ability I used to play her a lot but now I don’t even enjoy playing her in fact I stopped using her completely
Well i used to be a nata main i started on that hero and i loved playing her. it was fun to hear enemy say come infront and play fair fights. But well devs didnt like that so nata is so bad now that I haven't played her since like 10+ seasons now her i used to play her when her 3rd skill was a skill (berserker barage type of skill) and not an extension of her passive. She had pure invisibility had good damage had no indicators of when she was near the enemy her 3rd skill had hp based damage which damage increased when hit from the back of enemies so even tanky/substain heroes had a hard time running from her. You could use critical build and tower dive and tower damage would reset on every hit. The s2 was also good it didn't let passive skills like karrie or karina hit you. She had proper 1.5 sec or 2 sec silence so you could actually kill mages. Now its just not worth playing her.
Can't believe a hero who has both silence and basic atk immunity which simply able to nulify almost a whole role (marksman), permanent both untargetable and unseen through map, also prevent squishy heroes from solo clear lanes is still considered as weak. Map awareness is almost useless since she roams fast while still undetectable. Old nata deserved nerfs, but the current one is still broken and unfair. A hero who has high mobility with such utility should be low in damage, and those with high damage should be low in damage or at least easy to kill. That's how balancing in other games works.
I think Prime Natalie was her first rework, with the complete invis with the mark and her ult reset with a kill and 0.5 second silence. It wasn't that op because it's still Natalie, and well, she is super weak cc and team fights But i do agree Natalie today is super weak. Even if i play her perfectly, she heavily falls off late game, especially if the team is moving in one big group. i player ml from season 3 and i think what makes natalia good at that time is her 2nd skill can also block turret dmg, his silence passive is way longer as well.
I started playing since the middle of the season 4, and my memories of her during that time were scary But even tho her old ult had huge damage, it was her only flaw, in late game wasn't that great so you'll often see good Natalias only using basic attacks in late game

when you leave the ult before it ends, and reposition it when its at its despawn range, the animation plays but no ult spawns. Furthermore, casting ult again after this causes its duration to drop to essentially zero and immediately end upon casting, WHICH SURELY COUNTS AS GAME BREAKING, so in conclusion: please help bring awareness about zhask's bugs because the help service doesn't work unless we all spam it I'd presume or someone makes a video.
At this point, I would change her ultimate, because right now it adds nothing to her kit. Yes, it may help her chase low hp enemies, but if she had her old ult then she wouldn't have to chase them in the first place.

things that make current Natalia harder to be played, is they removed the bar indicator.. small things, but kinda helped alot. and they fixed the bug, where previously she could still regain concealment while being hit by jungle creeps.
the pro on this version, maybe the extended 1sec for activating improved basic attack. it helps when chasing dying enemy

Long dash in 1st skin, great movement speed and literaly invisible
The only downside of her before was her early damage is trash, but atleast you can fast clear lane with "NothInG GetS thrOugH" and dominate late game

Old Natalia was a monster, I still remember when I was just a beginner back in early 2017 I was just playing with my uncle at that time and he used Natalia and my god, I was so scared that he is near the enemy and the enemy can kill him but he demonstrated that even if he was near the enemy they cant attack him, lol.
Old Natalia has a niche Ultimate but her kit back in the day was very very good. This Natalia we have right now is also very good, I wouldn't want to see her old ultimate trying to find a workaround in this meta and the heroes we have right now that have unlimited dashes or what not.

To be honest, I love this version. I've played the old version of Natalia, and I found the only troublesome thing was having to enter bushes all the time. The new Natalia is not suitable for Full-Pen Build, but Crit Build. Natalia's Ultimate's Passive gives her a total of 45% Crit Chance, which is really a lot. Together with Berserker's Fury and Great Dragon Spear, Emblem's first talent is Fatal, and a total of 95% Crit Chance can be obtained. It should be understood that not all heroes can obtain such a high Crit Chance.
My build: (From recommendation)
Blade of the Heptaseas, Rapid Boots, Berserker's Fury, Great Dragon Spear, Endless Battle and Blade of Despair. Spare items are Malefic Roar, Sea Halberd and Immortality.
Emblem:
Assassin Emblem, Fatal, Seasoned Hunter/Master Assassin (If I am Jungler, I choose Seasoned Hunter, if I am Roamer, I choose Master Assassin) Lethal Ignition.
I tried using Natalia to get Triple Kill, and almost every basic attack was a crit. Also, don't waste the effect of Natalia's passive - "Natalia's base Crit Damage is reduced to 150%, but her damage to Creeps is increased to 150%."
The Thing Is her Passive Always Crits even with Absurdly low Crit Chance
because with the old ultimate she can escape and flee easily but now the enemy can see her clearly (I don't have the special skin that hororo says the hardest to see though)

For some reason, they think people are hardstuck in Epic because the heroes are too hard or the mechanics are too hard. Next Miya will be concealed too and no longer invisible, remove her purify as well, too op.

Well i used to be a nata main i started on that hero and i loved playing her. it was fun to hear enemy say come infront and play fair fights. But well devs didnt like that so nata is so bad now that I haven't played her since like 10+ seasons now her i used to play her when her 3rd skill was a skill (berserker barage type of skill) and not an extension of her passive. She had pure invisibility had good damage had no indicators of when she was near the enemy her 3rd skill had hp based damage which damage increased when hit from the back of enemies so even tanky/substain heroes had a hard time running from her. You could use critical build and tower dive and tower damage would reset on every hit. The s2 was also good it didn't let passive skills like karrie or karina hit you. She had proper 1.5 sec or 2 sec silence so you could actually kill mages. Now its just not worth playing her.
The only problem with old nata is her ult idk what that ult is for just feel weird the rest are good

Can't believe a hero who has both silence and basic atk immunity which simply able to nulify almost a whole role (marksman), permanent both untargetable and unseen through map, also prevent squishy heroes from solo clear lanes is still considered as weak. Map awareness is almost useless since she roams fast while still undetectable. Old nata deserved nerfs, but the current one is still broken and unfair.
A hero who has high mobility with such utility should be low in damage, and those with high damage should be low in damage or at least easy to kill. That's how balancing in other games works.
I think Prime Natalie was her first rework, with the complete invis with the mark and her ult reset with a kill and 0.5 second silence. It wasn't that op because it's still Natalie, and well, she is super weak cc and team fights
But i do agree Natalie today is super weak. Even if i play her perfectly, she heavily falls off late game, especially if the team is moving in one big group. Yeah, you can split push, but at the end of the day, it reduces team fight capability to 4v5, and then on top of that, she can't solo defend

Moonton really needs to make up their mind when it comes to Nata. She has a lot of counter pick in general and yet they keep nerfing her invincibility, one thing that sold her as a unique hero in general.

The very first Natalia the passive is similar to now which is you only need to enter the bush 1 time and the invisibility does't have limited time but before you are completely invisible instead of transparent.

I start early-mid s3, the reason people scared of prime nata mainly because of that 1s SILENT, man that passive really annoying, she become top ban because of that, moonton multiple time nerf its silent because player can trigger it multiple time and instantly, no need 2 mark like current nata. Second is the complete invisibility, the exclamation mark are so well-known among ml player to the point it got it own meme (heart rate increases when you have low hp but got exclamation mark on your head lmao😂)

I've been telling this from the past versions. Putting her passive from invisibility into concealment will just make her worse considering many heroes have AoE that can easily counter her. She was already enough when the exclamation mark shows. And now, Moonton have no choice but to stick with their dumb decision on this version of Natalia. Smh.

Old Natalia 2sec silence sure but once u in, no way out which either 2nd dash from 1st skill or cope with your ult (which put u on a spot to deal little to no dmg)
The best nata for me is the one with alert and useless ult even though i killed many enemies using ult. The sheer panic of enemy just recklessly throw aoe everywhere is the best.
