Dopo le riprese mi è stato autografato da tutti e quattro con il pennarello a vernice color oro. Lo conservo come una reliquia. Di quel giorno ho anche i plettri e una foto ufficiale, di quelle che si distribuiscono per i fan (donatami dal rappresentante succitato) autografata solo da Eric Carr. Aggiungo, grazie a Anna Pettinelli che vedendomi con il disco fuori dagli studio mi fece entrare.

It's a wonder Ace could even stand up at this point in their careers, let alone do this promo. He was so inebriated so much of the time he could barely speak. He couldn't have stayed longer even if he'd wanted to, he'd have probably died.

what i really like about that part , is that even though its lip synched, , Ace and Paul seem to have a genuine laugh about it that lasts a few seconds. you can see paul cracking up, and ace (despite just going through the motions), kind of enjoying himself
Hier sieht man deutlich die damaligen Spannungen in der Band, solo Part wurde von Paul übernommen, beim mehr stimmigen Gesang läßt er Ace nicht an das Mirco und später entreißt er es sogar vor ihm aus dem Ständer..... Ansonsten tolles Video in super Qualität.....

No, sono quasi certo che lo trasmisero la domenica seguente le riprese, che si svolsero il 26 novembre. Registrarono tre canzoni: "I Love it Loud" nella stanza blu dell'Hilton (questa, mi sembra il 25 o forse il 26 stesso dopo le registrazioni di "Discoring", non ricordo), usata nella trasmissione "Mixer" e due negli studi RAI di "Discoring": "I Love it Loud" che vediamo in questo video e "Creatures of the Night" trasmessa la notte tra il 31 dicembre 1982 e il 1° gennaio 1983.

A me risulta che fossero a Roma il 1° Dicembre (registrazione Discoring) e il 2 (registrazione per Mixer, nella "Blue Room" dell'hotel, dove fecero anche la "photosession delle verdure" .) Per quanto riguarda le date delle trasmissioni, non ho dati certi e la memoria è quella che è.

C'era una conferenza di produttori di ortaggi (giuro) e c'era anche Celentano che era lì per presentare il suo ultimo film a Domenica In, mi sembra, non seguo Celentano e non mi trovi ferrato.

All those hokey music shows made bands lip sync. Tops of The Pops, American Bandstand, Soul Train, Solid Gold, Rock Concert, all those shows had artist doing it. It's how it is or was.
La famosa registrazione in cui Gene Simmons avrebbe toccato il popò alla Pettinelli. E lei ancora se ne "vanta"; qualcosa di sostanzioso nel suo curriculum doveva pure mettere.
