2 strand is definitely the way to go for pigs, sheep, and cattle. Premier 1 is only good for chickens in my opinion and it’s expensive! We put our pigs and cattle on 2 strand without any other barriers.
It's break-out day! How about broadcasting a green-manure mix or cover crop mix and moving them away from that area so the mix can get a foothold? Then when the fodder gets mature when it blooms, let the pigs back on it to mow it. Just a possibility I see, perhaps.
Oduševljen sam vašim radom i snimcima, veliki pozdrav iz Srbije imate potpunu podršku 😁
That's how we all learn together, including the animals! Thanks for sharing this with ys❤
Thanks for watching as always!

Yes ever since we have switched it has been much better. Premier 1 is good for moving them but not made for pigs
Smart piggies! Sorry you had to go through all that aggravation before you got the more suitable fence.
Pigs are VERY smart!
Thanks for the advice. Great job with the pigs.
Thanks you!
If those are mangalitsa pigs the hair will keep them from being shocked if it is too low voltage .

I use cattle panels for my hog fence and bury it 2 feet in the ground. My pigs have not got out in years
We wanted to be able to move them in the woods so we need a movable fence
Just learned another thing, thank you!
Your welcome, glad to help!
Farm life is always an adventure!!! Lol
Yes it is, that is the truth!
👍👍👍
I have a goal of having pigs in the next couple of years (2026 🤞). We only have half of an acre. What's the dimensions of your pig enclosure?
Not sure to be honest, sorry!
You have to bury old tin in the ground around the fence raised pigs for many years
Thanks for the tip Dennis!
Hello! Thank you for the video! What is the best feed for them? Thank you!
Wouldn't break through so easy if you had tightened your fence up
Thanks for the tip!
