I don't follow any proper aim routine as of now but I used to grind Kovaaks 4-5 hours a day. I plan on making a dedicated video on my aim rountine soon. For pressure I would say you'll have to play more and position yourself in those scenarios multiple times to get used to it.

I tried every sens but this one suits me the most.
how do you change your dpi without like a fancy mouse on windows 10, cuz i went on a dpi anylizer and then go 1500 dpi and then used the setting you had but i have to move my mouse trough my whole mouse pad(i have a big one) just do do a 180
