i thought Pneumonia would be secondary way of getting lung abscess since it's secondary to pneumonia itself?? Aspiration abscess would be primary way.

Heyy, some major textbooks and other references said that the primary cause is aspiration, where did u get the references for this vid?
Secondary causes are some underlying disease that make lung abscess can happened, like endobronchial obtrusction, endocarditis, pneumonia, and still so many others
