Rex Ryan sucked in Buffalo. He took a top 5 defense and destroyed it so much the Bills best players on that defense wanted out. He's done but 5-12 again for the Jets doesn't bother me at all because it's rebuild again after 1 year with this guy.
Buffalo has won 5 in a row because they have a GM, HC and owner who are all adults that can talk about draft picks and free agents, and anything about the team success, a good GM is what all 3 other teams need

I think all competitive league is better, the Pats, Jets and Miami need to restart all over from GM down and their owners need to back off, all 3 teams need a owner willing to tell them talent doesn't get you to the playoffs, the jets and Miami are both about to lose their best receivers, the pats and jets had really good DC's and Miami has a good OC, all 3 have a bad owners and yes men GM's, a good GM would have said no to Tua and no to Aaron and eventual other players, Kraft gut lucky with Bellacheck, Brady and Goodell, that never lasts, a good GM would have told the jets to pick Allen instead of Darnold, a good GM would have not drafted Tua and definitely not extended him, and the Krafts would have hired a competitive GM to rebuild their roster
