We have covered our roof with 1 coat of white cement and it really very effective and helpful to reduce temperature and keeps cool our home❤
We used to do do this when we were staying in Gujarat Ahmedabad 20 years ago and it was very effective reduce the temperature by buy 3 to 4 degrees. Used to apply thick coat of chuna every summer season, cost was not more than 200/- in those days.
