Chemical wale pe , top layer ukhaad jayegi after monsoon , and next summer k baad efficiency 20-30 % he bchegi bs. Best thing is to use sun shade , .. Like asbestos sheet (charminar brand), or tata steel sheet .

1st season to bohat acha result milta h ,
But fir after monsoon and winter , next season tak ukhad jata h aur less efficient rehta h, 3 rd season tak apka paint gayab he ho jata j😅 . So 4500 rs. Ka 20 litre paint + 500-700 labourer ke milaake ... Kuch khaas effective nahi laga

20 litres ka mix 500 square feet ke double coating ke liye sahi hai. 2000 square feet ke liye 75 litres ke mix banana hoga. 33-35 kg white cement aur same amount water lagega . aur 6-7 litres fevicol chahiye hoga .
