I'm a purple girlie so I LOVE this shirt. LOVE the darker lines makes it pop is right! All the colors you chose work so well together! Angie, your videos are always such an inspiration and I appreciate all the hard work you put into these. Thanks!!! 🥰🥰🥰
With the help of videos like this, I hope to be able to make a shirt as amazing as this. Those lines both the dark and radiant ones make this one of my favorite tie-dye shirts to date.
Love this shirt!!! Thanks for another great tutorial. I'm trying to use my hemostasis more so these have helped me get more comfortable and confident in the process!
Regrets?! This looks awesome! I swear every mandala I've tried has come out awful, I'd love to be able to do this! I think I need to find some longer hemostats maybe. Dark lines are a terrific idea!
Thank you so much! 😀 I mainly use 10 and 12 inch hemostats, and I use ones that have a long teeth area. Some hemostats are long, but the teeth part is short.
@@FunEndeavors you’re welcome, I love tye dying. I use bleach & peroxide bcuz I live an apartment & I can’t make a mess like I would if I were in my own home *giggles* Thank You for your videos, great tools to learn from ❤️❤️
I like the crisp lines that the hemostats make in the pattern. I have to ask, since you use so many different colors how many dyes to you have on hand at any given time?
Thank you! Oh my, I have no idea, I've never counted them. I have a bunch though. Since I do have so many dyes, I normally don't buy them in huge quantities. Most of mine are 2 ounce containers.
I'm trying to find those new adjustable size colanders you've been using. I think you said it was a TikTok shop but I don't use TikTok at all so I am in the dark!
The metal one that I use I purchased from Amazon. It is a little deeper than the 2 gray ones I got from the TikTok shop, and it's better for larger projects. Here is a link to that one: amzn.to/4cYtreD The green expandable one and then I've been using an expandable and collapsible one recently, I purchased them from TJ Maxx. TJ Maxx usually has at least 1 option available each time I go there.
@@denisef1684 Me too! The TikTok ones are great for smaller shirts and items, but the Amazon and TJ Maxx ones work best for larger items and larger shirts.
Hi Angie! My wife and I love your videos, always so inspirational. We usually watch on the TV, so I never really have a chance to comment! So even though we're always quiet in the comments, please know we how much we appreciate your channel. Thanks and cheers!
This one was a Gildan Ultra Cotton shirt. I use a lot of Gildan and Port and Company brand shirts. For designs that have pleats or definite folds, I prefer to use something that isn't super soft. I get more crisp folds. For more free form designs, ring spun or really soft shirts work great. It's just a personal preference though.
Love the way you used the imperial purple as a "shadow"!! It really made your mandala POP and gave it a lot of dimension!!!!
Thank you so much! I think so too. 😀

Angie, that’s absolutely gorgeous. I love the colors. I’m going to have to try doing this type of shirt. Nancy ❤

Thank you! You can create cool mandalas and flower designs using the hemostats. 😀
Hi Angie, instead of rubberbands, I use zip ties. They are really strong and let you clamp down even more
That's a great idea! 😀
Beautiful!! Thanks for another great video!
Thank you so much, I'm glad you liked it! 😊
I am not a purple fan, but this is a beauty!

That video hasn't been made "Public" yet. It is still an "Unlisted" video. I'm not actually sure how you are able to watch it.
Yes I had watched it three times total...
It will go Public where everyone can watch it soon, but for now it is still Unlisted.
