Umm I recently endured a week-long stay at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang, and I feel compelled to share the nightmarish experience I had at this establishment. From the moment I entered the premium room, it became apparent that the term "premium" was a gross misrepresentation of the actual conditions. Firstly, the room was infested with mosquitoes, and the source of this pest invasion seemed to be the shower drain. To combat this, I had to resort to covering the drain with disinfectant wipes, a measure that should never be necessary in a so-called premium accommodation. The toilet presented an entirely different horror. Within a few hours of flushing, all kinds of unpleasant content resurfaced. The maintenance person had the audacity to dismiss these issues as "normal," displaying a shocking lack of concern for guest satisfaction. The air conditioning unit added insult to injury by failing to function properly. This, combined with the tropical heat, made the room virtually uninhabitable. Despite the rooms being labeled as non-smoking, a persistent cigarette smell lingered in the mornings and afternoons. My mini air purifier even confirmed this with its red-lit smoke symbol. When I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, an Asian lady with short hair, glasses, and a suit, her response was nothing short of appalling. Rather than expressing any form of apology, she responded with an indifferent "ugh ok" before promptly ignoring me to focus on her phone and computer. In an astonishing display of unprofessionalism, she even smirked and laughed when informed about the toilet problems-a truly childish act unbecoming of a manager. To add insult to injury, when faced with an urgent need for a one-night extension, the staff refused to provide any discount despite the multitude of problems I had encountered. This entire experience has left me questioning the authenticity of the positive reviews on platforms like Google and Expedia. In conclusion, my stay at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang was a regrettable and infuriating ordeal, marked by subpar conditions, apathetic staff, and a complete disregard for guest well-being. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before subjecting themselves to such an unpleasant and unprofessional environment.
We did not have to pay any deposit but in the whole of Malaysia you have to pay tourism tax at your hotel! Hopefully a good journey to the beautiful Malaysia 😃

How much must pay to seat in lounge ?
To our knowledge you need to book a room with club acces and then it’s included into the price!
Wow this hotel looks great! Do they also have family rooms? (Connected)
Yeah it does! This location sadly does not have them, only studios and one bedrooms!
Thankyou for the video! Was there any queue for breakfast?
During our stay there was no queue! Pretty easy going even tho there were a lot of people everyday. And you are welcome, thank you for watching 😊
Is there a security deposit u need to pay or any tourism tax that u need to pay at the hotel
We did not have to pay any deposit but in the whole of Malaysia you have to pay tourism tax at your hotel!
