    Did you not do a recording from outside so we can hear how good the sound proofing is?

    Can you explain the addition of the dehumidifier? I’m toying with adding one to my fresh air system. But is kinda like chicken and the egg. Do I want the dehum to take the stale air out if the room on the return side of the ERV. Or do I want it to work on the supply side before it gets to the room so I’m not dumping hot wet air into the room ( Atlanta summers). This conundrum is baffling my HVAC contractors.

      I would put a dehumidifier on the supple side. You want dry fresh air going into your room.

    It looks good. How is the audio reproduction accuracy in the small mixing room in the attic though.
