Ohh! Listening to mamzo's story on how she got into the industry made me realize that when you were born for something you shouldn't struggle to be it. Most of us wasted years trying to be something we weren't born to be. She's indeed a humble icon and an amazing mother and human being❤️
I am such a huge fan of uMama Connie... The story about the level of professionalism on Hollywood movie sets gave me goosebumps!!! I am also reminded of human collaboration, and the synergy between high work-ethic, highly-talented people!
I cannot believe MmeConnie is 70,wow. She is the epitome of beauty,brains,talent,grace and did I mention how beautiful her skin is. She is awesome ❤️
Mama Connie has a hidden talent. When she tells you how her arts journey began from Dancing, Singing to Acting - she can still do all three. She can get down more than the young people.
I love how she explained The Bible and making examples of things that were ours and used and sold back to us. I've been having this debate with people who talk about The Bible being from Europeans and fed to us, but not knowing we mined those ideas for many many years. Understand the entirety before you reject. Even within the Bible God said he would hand the Gospel to the Gentiles because the Hebrews rejected it. It became more impactful for an outsider than the ones who were supposed to be the pioneers. Even Egyptians writing on these very ideas or their prophecies have been misunderstood. That just shows you how far back our history goes. Let's claim it back and be it. God be for us all. Enkosi Mama for your Wisdom. And thank you Ta Sbu for the platform and bringing her in today 🙏🏽

I have always loved Mam'Connie; Seeing her and legends like bo Mme-Lillian Dube, Mam'Thembi Nyandeni and MmeClementine Mosimane to name a few - always brings back such wonderful childhood memories. They are all aging so gracefully as well. It is wonderful to see them grace our television screens. I watch OUR BEAUTIFUL QUEENS with so much pride and admiration!!! ❤❤❤
I have known her since I was young. She featured many times in Zulu movies, so I had always thought her origins were from KZN, only to find she is multilingual, that's how talented she is. I thank her for the entertainment she has provided to South Africa's households.

Sbu mfethu another great interview with a larger than life icon.
Sbu, uMama was keen on talking about the current political zeitgeist and you didn't take the bait. UMama was very prepared to put her neck on the line and tell us exactly where she stands politically and three times you seemed to shy away from that as if you are censured.
On a more positive note it was great to hear uMa acknowledging Penuel and even on that more could have been said but for whatever reason you didn't pursue it.
Anyway love the platform and long may it continue.

Maybe other views wanted that satisfaction, cause it stops from pausing the podcast while watching it and going to other platform to search for that dress.
