We definitely have to do research even for anything natural, looking natural or being minimalist and I am glad you did. As I get older my hair texture has changed a lot from super manageable to a bit rough especially after swimming, so I always have to spend more time to condition it first, massage, and comb by hand.. Thanks for the tips, Carmen.
I couldn't agree more with you! Research is key, even when it comes to natural and minimalist hair care routines. Our hair textures can change over time, requiring different approaches for conditioning and care. I'm delighted that you found the tips helpful, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Keep nurturing your hair with love and enjoy the process. Thank you for your kind words and support!
Hi, Carmen! I love using water only! I use a bamboo comb and boar bristle brush to spread the natural oils. It takes a couple weeks to adjust but five minutes of very warm water once a week is all it takes to make my hair look clean. Love your no makeup stance ❤️ thank you for the content!
I just discovered your videos and I love them. I have tried in the past to be minimalist but I’m approaching it with a new mindset this time. And I’m curious if you have questions to ask yourself or things to think about when addressing a minimalist lifestyle. Not about decluttering but maybe questions like “am i doing x,y,z to show off something? Or to prove something? Or is this genuine?”
Maybe try this with Calia brand- they are the ONLY ACTUALLY clean brand I have EVER found that WORKS- learned of them from Holistic Habits and have been using them for years, really great stuff. I looked at the Davines and the ingredients look sus. Enjoyed your video!
You're so welcome! I'm thrilled that you found it wonderful. Sharing ideas and spreading positivity is what it's all about. Thank you for your kind words and support!
Aku mau berterima kasih karena telah menambahkan subtitle ini membantu ku untuk belajar bahasa inggris lebih jauh lagi, terimakasih juga karena cara berbicara kamu mudah dipahami untuk pemula seperti ku
Hi Maxime, I’m so happy you found my channel. I actually don’t use that product anymore-it worked wonderfully when my hair was blonde, but now that it’s brown, it tends to get greasy more quickly. I’ve switched to a solid shampoo bar from Foamie, and it’s working great for me now! 🌸 Thank you for asking!
You might consider clarifying every 4 to 6 weeks to avoid product build up at the roots and follicles. And perhaps as vinegar ring with the same frequency for the health of the scalp.
Your hair looks awesome. It looks similar to Griffith's from the anime Berserk. This technique is called Co-washing. It's really great for dry and thick hair. I've been only doing it recently and my hair has been a lot less frizzy since then. Also. In terms of products, as long as the conditioner that you use is free from sulfates, parabens and silicones. It's fine to use for co-washing.
Thank you so much! I'm glad you like my hair. It's always fun to draw inspiration from different sources, and Griffith's style sounds cool. Co-washing has been a game-changer for me too. Your explanation about choosing the right conditioner without sulfates, parabens, and silicones has cleared up any doubts I had. Bye bye frizz, hello smoothness!
Thanks for the suggestion! While I haven't tried the Curly Girl Method myself, I can now see how it relates to my minimalist approach to hair care. It's great to know there are different approaches to embracing natural and minimalist hair care!
Thank you for your interest in the hair product! Unfortunately, I couldn't find it on an international website as it's a product I purchased in Switzerland. However, there are many similar products available with the concept of cleansing conditioners. You can explore local beauty stores or online platforms to find options that suit your needs. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I hope you find a suitable alternative. Thank you for watching the video and for your support!

Hi Carmen, I just discovered your page and I was wondering if you still use only this product for your hair? 🌼

I feel like I should mention that water only isn't the only way to do no poo. Cool video.
I'm glad you enjoyed the video, and thank you for mentioning this valuable point!

Thank you so much for your tips 🙏 I heard good things about vinegar rinse! I will see how it goes and consider testing your tips :)
