Koi carp shooting(The drains)

In this video the mate Peter and I head to Aka Aka north Waikato in the North Island to bowfish carp in the drains. We were driving the country roads along the drains looking for carp. Do you eat the koi carp? What's it like and how do you cook it?

Na I don't eat them. I use them for bait and burley for when I go fishing
