I found it pretty fun! Rode 3 times today, 1 back row and 2 front row rides. Front is much better. I don’t think one train will be an issue once they get used to operating it since the restraints are simple. Only gripe is the transition out of the helix at the end feels a little wonky.
Having only 1 train is madness! The queue times are going to be crazy along with the short queue area. Sounds like they cut costs on this. Shame tbh as it looks like a good step for young kids who want to ride a “big” coaster 🤷🏼♂️
They aren’t building this coaster to be a mega draw coaster. It’s a family/young rider style ride. After the hype dies down, you will see that one train is plenty. TBH they will likely have a second one put on once open to public. Have some patience 👍
As long as they keep the minute dispatches up, grouper, and a decently good staff like they had for previews today, it should be good. It also did not get as long as a line as I expected with it reaching 30 minutes at most and somehow managing to be contained in the line itself without using switchback. I think people will be amazed with the line itself when it is full as it can most likely hold more people then what you think. In the short terms, its like the coaster across the midway in terms of operations aka scorpion as it stands at this time.
Is there anything worth the hype in bg? 😅 I'm a platinumb passholder who lives 10 mins away & I'm usually disappointed lol😂 I went to passholder night for howl o scream in 2022 and completely forgot I was at a halloween event 🤦♀️ very little decorations and the scareactors were scarce 😅 love all of your video!! Thanks for all that you do!
Rode the first time on the back during the Pass Preview. Wait time was listed at 75 minutes, only waited 15. Staff was incredibly nice and even asked for Single-Riders every cycle. Only issue is the loading time. About 3 -5 minutes every single time for a lapbar restraint system, very disappointing.
Honestly with a short cycle time I don’t think the one train will be an issue. Frankly I think they should do something like what Holiday World has done for Good Gravy in its opening season and offer access passes at the front entrance so that the actual line is never longer than 20 minutes.
Its not that easy to just randomly build a giga lmao theres a ton of restrictions and permits they’d have to get thru before even considering building a giga
This is a perfect beginner coaster for those that want something that isn’t too fast or too borinf

Didnt even know there was a new coaster for Busch Gardens Tampa.
Thanks for the update Kevin.
721 wait time is July 21 opening date
That's funny

Are You Guys Excited About Phoenix Rising Roller Coaster?
Baby Montu? Meh.. not really.

I'm not a huge coaster enthusiast, but this looks very similar to the Dragon Flier at Dollywood. That one also has one train & a decently busy line
I might go there next week

Looks fun!
Wish they had a few more trains though.
Thank you Sir

Awesome video. What is the name of the song during the coaster
I found a shot glass walking one day so cool
720 minutes is ridiculous lol
It’s the opening date 7/21
I have the fun card, so I'll probably hit up Busch Gardens soon to ride this new coaster. I have yet to ride Iron Gwazi lol.
Gwazi is insane ha
Always good see you in the Busch for another new Ride!
This should really be named baby Montu. That's what it is. Or "son of Montu"
Tigris only has one train
They took away my first roller coaster I ever rode😢
On a scale of Small to X Large, this coaster is a shmedium
This looks so scary… not riding this 😮
lol lol lol
Very disappointed! Busch Gardens needs a Giga Coaster. Not a baby Montu. Get rid of Kumba and build a Giga.
Bgt needed a family coaster, I would expect a giga soon. I hope kumba doesn’t leave though, it’s an awesome ride.
I mean if the layout of PR was longer it would've have been more worth it. But I do agree, we need a giga!
Its not that easy to just randomly build a giga lmao theres a ton of restrictions and permits they’d have to get thru before even considering building a giga
I agree
Kumba is insane hopefully they don't get rid of it
