@@q-tip4723 That's why Jeff is so good (and was the THIRD highest paid comedian in America a few years ago according to Wiki). Every single puppet feels like a real person. Sadly (or maybe not), I have the most in common with Walter.
It would be cool if there were robot puppets that can y’all and maybe move but I know a lot of people are too sensitive so they would just be scared of robot puppets moving and talking

0:44 and THAT is why Dunham is good. It doesn’t matter if you notice his lips move when you focus on his face. A good ventriloquist makes you focus on the dummy to the point that you buy into the dummy as an actual character.
Like the part I’m always impressed with isn’t the voice. It’s how he can manipulate the mouth, eyebrows, even move walter’s body subtlety to indicate normal body language. He leans forward and back. He shrugs. He told. Slightly shakes his head. Looks in different directions. None of these things are REQUIRED to make the conversation but adds so much to the effectS

@@ChrisSmith-eu5tf in my optinion Terry Fator is a better "entertainer" as far as he can sing and dance with his puppets , but Jeff is the better Ventriloquist in that he can have a 5 way conversation going including himself like he were really having a full blown discussion with a group of friends, and throw his voice and even seen him do it while drinking a glass of water which seems like pure witch craft lol

It must be so confusing and hilarious to be married to a ventriloquist. I can't imagine all the practical jokes he plays and all the horrible times when he throws his voice.
I remember that in one of Jeff's older Comedy Central specials, he mentioned that childhood was unusual for his girls because Daddy would make their toys talk, and apparently Barbie would say some really naughty things to Ken.

Out of all of the puppets he chose to bring, Walter was definitely the right choice because Walter is my favorite one. He is simply the funniest in my opinion.
