I don't know which of the upanishad name it occurs? 2]You know, Kindly explain & send information about Brahman in Vedanta [upanishads]& 3 Acharya's philosophy. You know, for Brahman written in several books, plenty of articles, some videos in You tube are available in internet. But I don't understand this Brahman, please explain it in a simple way. For this Brahman, I am not getting confidence, I am suffering from confidence deficiency. I am not sleeping properly every night from 10PM to 6.30AM. I'm suffering from Insomnia [you know Insomnia means sleeping diesese], please tell me how to solve this through your divine guidance.
