Momentous totally impressed me, it may be one of my favorite shows ever, it brought me to tears when I was there! Also, I showed up about an hour before the show each night and had a great view :)
I love love love the song of the night time show!! Just as much as Ready for the Ride haha. I have been to DHK in 2010 when it still had the small castle.
You are correct, even though there have been different days of the week that have been changed to when it closes the Park and I’m sure that it was started to close the park on different days of the week during the pandemic.
I’m not sure about Paris and Tokyo, Disneyland castle, but for the castle of magical dreams in Hong Kong Disneyland, it is actually built with different princesses integrated to the Design of the castle.
Hong Kong Disneyland looks amazing Sam, I love the Duffy flowers at the entrance to the park, so cute. That view for the fireworks was incredible and what a show? 🤩 x
Thanks for sharing. I have a trip to HK Disneyland planned for Jan 2025. Watching your vlogs is getting me so excited so thank you again for sharing! FYI - there is nothing on the website about the park being closed on a Wednesday so maybe that is no longer a thing?
Most welcome, so glad you’ve enjoyed the vlogs! It may have only been for the first half of the year? I guess because summer time has more crowds coming? I’d say double check again closer to the time you’re going, just to be safe 😊
When Hell Fire started I got immediate chills, that music is just so EPIC! As for the food ... depending on spice levels, the Haianese chicken. Otherwise I feel the lasagna would be the safest option for me xD
But one thing, if you did actually decided to arrive earlier before the show starts in front of the castle, there are actually preshow projections to see
Mystic Manor looks epic. And even though Albert reminds me of Abu, I'm going to be all over the merch. The revitalised castle looks great too, nice to see something different across the parks.
The Hainan chicken did look good when I saw it on other people’s tables! Maybe next time! I have a Hong Kong Disneyland snacks video coming up, and I agree, it has some fantastic food options! 😋
I love the look of that restaurant! As a veggie they seemed to have a few good options. Everything about that park is so stunning, I hope I can make it there one day! Thank you for sharing your time with us 💕
Tbh I am very impressed that they even have veggie options on the main menu! But the lasgne looked lovely in any event. Loving the trip vlogs. That castle is STUNNING!Strange about the Wednesday closure, is it always this way?
Yeah, they had a good variety of food including vegetarian ones 😊 I researched a bit further and it seems Wednesdays are back open now. Maybe they’re closed in “low season” due to low attendance?
But if you do actually check the News on the website or the Hong Kong Disneyland there is actually other shows that use the castle for different special performances not only just a momentous nighttime show.
Hey Sam! Love this!!! but curious, how did you get that spot for the firework. How does that band on your wrist work? Do you have to pay extra for it? I haven’t been back in HK Disneyland since 2009 and will be back hopefully later this December, so watching this is getting me all excited hehehe
Hey! I showed the process in the video - the reserved viewing spot was part of the dining package, which is why I’d booked the Explorer’s Club restaurant - the cast member gave me the wristband there and told me where to go 😃 it was definitely worth it for the view! Hope you have an amazing time later this year 🎉
I would go for the mushroom lasagne, being the only vegetarian option. However I love very spicy food so would hope for a spicy veggie dish. Ooh I like the Belle ears in the shop
But if you do actually figure it out where the entrance is around the castle it will actually tell you about the story behind the castle inside an indoor area.
The firework show seems amazing! Did the show had any inside out scenes by any chance? Cause if I’m not mistaken at the beginning they played the inside out theme? 🥰
The Lucky Nugget is fine if you enjoy chicken nuggets or fried fish. My issue is the lack of seating and the amount of chicken nuggets you get is small compared to the fries.
Albert is so cute! 😍💖🥰 Momentus (is that how it is written?) made me tear up by playing "Baby mine" and "You'll be in my heart". 🥹 I played that for my children every morning when they were babys. 😭 The projections were amazing!!! 🤩 My food choice would either have been the chicken or the fish as I can't do spicy and I don't like mushrooms. Thank you for this video, Sam! 😊 *looking forward to the next one*
Momentous totally impressed me, it may be one of my favorite shows ever, it brought me to tears when I was there! Also, I showed up about an hour before the show each night and had a great view :)
Another place to add to my travel wishlist ❤ Can't wait to see what else you did x
Thanks for watching! :)
Really enjoyed watching your evening vlog of Hong Kong Disneyland 😊
So glad you enjoyed, Hans :)
And also, there is also a special area called the Duffy and friends play house also nearby the castle for fans
Can we all thank Sam for making videos that are so well done, informative and down to earth!!❤❤❤
Aw thank you so much! Glad you enjoy them 🥹🥹🥹
The fireworks show is AMAZING! I am sorry I am commenting in bits, but I continue watching in breaks :P
Haha never apologise for your fun comments 😄
Explorers club looks really good. I will definitely go there when I go to Hong Kong Disneyland.
I love love love the song of the night time show!! Just as much as Ready for the Ride haha. I have been to DHK in 2010 when it still had the small castle.

It was an amazing show and view! Thanks for watching 🥰
This is just getting me more and more excited for our trip to Hong Kong on October! Really looking forward to your upcoming HK Vlogs.
Ahh I’m excited for you! Hopefully the weather will be a little less humid for you in October, too! 😁

Just watched Inside Out 2 today with my daughter
When Hell Fire started I got immediate chills, that music is just so EPIC! As for the food ... depending on spice levels, the Haianese chicken. Otherwise I feel the lasagna would be the safest option for me xD
I would go for the Hainanese chicken, hands down. It looks quite bland in pictures, but trust me it is extremely flavourful when properly prepared.
Will have to try it if I get another opportunity :)
But also, after the show, there is actually different instrumental music from different movies played after the show if you decided to stay longer.
Albert is adorable, isn't he?! And yeah, Mystic Manor is so much fun! :)
Hong Kong Disneyland has the best food
I would have gone for Hainan Chicken and Rice, that's one of my favorite dishes!
The Hainan chicken did look good when I saw it on other people’s tables! Maybe next time!
I have a Hong Kong Disneyland snacks video coming up, and I agree, it has some fantastic food options! 😋

Yeah, they hade a good variety of food! Thanks so much for watching 🥰 excited to share more!
Wait i didnt saw you when my family and i go to disney like a week ago
At the begining of the Mystic Manor ride at the treasure room was there a talking head from Disneyland Paris' Phantom Manor?
Hi. For the momentous show, if everyone is standing, will kids be blocked by adults and can't get a good view?
I would have picked the kebab too! I would also say the food + view of momentous is definitly worth it! It looked amazing
They’ve really upped the castle since 2005. Back then it was pretty small
Yeah, much taller now!
I was here for 1 week in Hong Kong but I'm already back on my country just now and Hong Kong Disneyland needed to prepare for long waking😅
Tbh I am very impressed that they even have veggie options on the main menu! But the lasgne looked lovely in any event. Loving the trip vlogs. That castle is STUNNING!Strange about the Wednesday closure, is it always this way?

@@Sam4G0d thanks for letting me know, hope it didn't impact your trip too much!

It looks like fewer people there are wearing Disney themed t-shirts, ears and things. Would that be correct?
But if you do actually figure it out where the entrance is around the castle it will actually tell you about the story behind the castle inside an indoor area.
The firework show seems amazing! Did the show had any inside out scenes by any chance? Cause if I’m not mistaken at the beginning they played the inside out theme? 🥰
Hey Sam, did you pay extra for the front spot through the evening castle fire work?
🎉😮😊
Hey, I mentioned everything in the vlog 😊 it was part of the dining package, which is why I ate at the Explorers Restaurant.
WeAAayyyy hi Sam 👋🏿 ❤
Kebabs sounds very tasty 😋
They were great!
What was that first ride supposed to be I’ve never heard of it
Mystic Manor? It's Hong Kong Disneyland's version of Haunted Mansion, but very different!
The Lucky Nugget is fine if you enjoy chicken nuggets or fried fish. My issue is the lack of seating and the amount of chicken nuggets you get is small compared to the fries.
Ahh that's a shame. I got to try their fish & chips on my last day and it was pretty good :)
They have indian themed restaurant? WHAT!? Booking my tickets right now.
It was so good!
What happened with the "mac n cheese"?? You never mentioned it, musn't have been very good! 😂😂😂
Haha I defo tried it, but I guess it wasn't very memorable!
❤❤❤
I think I would choose kebab either
Nice!

Aww 🥹 Baby Mine is such a beautiful song, and I didn’t expect it to be used for a nighttime show! Thanks for watching 😁
@@Sam4G0d definitely unexpected but kinda fitting as you put your baby to bed at night 🥰💖🥹
