I have the sr540. I have been roasting for 6 or 7 months now. I have had tipping in every roast. Everything I have read says it's from roasting too fast so I tried to slow down. I actually had given up on trying to get rid of it. Today I followed your suggestions and started with the fan on 9 and power on 8 and let it rip. I lowered the fan every 2 mins. First crack was 5:10. This is the first roast with no tipping. It's also probably the shortest roast.
