this nightfall is the most fun i have had in destiny in a long time, no scarier feeling than hearing the booming footsteps of the boss sprinting after you as you run away knowing if you turn around to look you’re dead lmao.
my team loaded in first try a few nights ago, i had a storm at my place that caused my internet to go out in the boss room while i was last guardian standing. we decided to come back the next morning and got it done first run and we had so much fun and laughs
5:32 bungie said that it was intentional and that they subbed it in for other modifiers. Guess its better than getting team wiped by invis screebs and exploding thralls sneaking up on you because this GM was already a nightmare on easy mode lol
You can cheese the boss by luring him close to you in the second floor, near the edge of the platform, then jump in the middle platform, then vise versa. By doing this the boss will try to get close to you and melee you but since you're jumping back and forth he can't. Then the other two player can freely shoot him while the boss is following you.

Can i just say, as a hunter with invis built this wasn’t so bad lol, but when I tried it with other characters it was definitely extremely hard
Yea Void hunter + Omni is honestly the best build for GM's. If your team dies you just invis and revive them. Invis whenever you want to avoid damage too. GM's are probably the one part of destiny where hunters are king. Everything else is usually dominated by warlocks and titans.

As a warlock main. When people say warlocks are best for pve but sweat had to change out his warlock for a hunter easy invisibility to be a GM
Gms hunters are usually better but pretty much any other content warlocks are better at. Hunters really only have void and somewhat stasis rn. Warlock has solar void and stasis as top options in most if not all pve content

I love GMs. Like that’s my jam in this game. A small 3 man instance takes about 20-40 minutes depending. Requires good skill and awareness. But dude. Acute burn is aids rn. But not as aids as scorn xbow. We need a petition to get them to fix it before next season

The lightblade is the only strike that i cannot complete atm, that final boss room is a pain in the ass. No where to hide because the boss chases you, the lightbearers are op and that xtra 50% increase in dmg taken from arc does not help at all because boomer champs 1 shot... its fucking stupid
Honestly, Garden World was much harder. But considering it's not in the game anymore this is definitely the new hardest.

It really isnt that hard. The only hard part is the boss room but if you know the spawns and the health triggers of the boss its fairly easy. Glassway and Corrupted are harder than this.
Literally I had some people in my clan tell me that it was the hardest and I was like “bro did u not play glassway cuz that boss room and everything leading up to it was ridiculous”.

@@skimoe well that's the thing, grandmasters are a good example where the loot reflects the effort, especially when you do it on double reward weeks. These strikes feel like small dungeons with how much variety there is
@@Canad1anKronic I mean yeah but I don’t like grandmasters I much prefer dungeons, I can say this From the perspective of someone that does conqueror every season and gms don’t actually take skill it’s just patience while solo flawless dungeons actually do which is why I prefer then and they are more fun
