that’s the way to do it isn’t it! even as adults or teenagers. sometimes we eat like nuts and sometimes we eat hardly anything. depends on how we feel haha!

how do you learn about portion sizes? i’ve just realised i don’t know anything about that lol! do you get told about it by someone or do you just go off of what your kid eats? i have no kids clearly but it seems like a genuine good thing to know. 😂
I just go off my kids ! I think you just learn along the way 🙂
