This video is a little different because I decided to switch it up on you guys and talk the entire time.
I know I don't have to ask because you'll let me know anyways, but what do you think? Should I go back to being mute and just doing captions? Should I be more aggressive with my commentary? Should I say "this is a fun one" 15x more than I already did? You LMK, I am OPEN to suggestions.
Regardless you're still getting your fix of cars cutting me off, running red lights, not following stop signs, letting their cars break down, generally doing things to upset me driving, and of course a car accident.

I enjoy seeing you and hearing some commentary. So, maybe a hybrid of your new style and old style. Perhaps, reserve spoken commentary for the clips that require some explanation or where it would enhance a clip and make it funny. But regardless of what exact style you end up with, you know I will always watch and enjoy your videos no matter what! ;)

I guess it never crossed your mind that the cop was going to a call? Broken down vehicle, medical emergency in a car, motor vehicle accident?? They aren't going to sit in hours of traffic and eventually get to the call??? Come on dude.
The cop is blocking the turning traffic because people don't know how to pay attention and would just pull out in front of them... And then he follows because he is more than likely attached to the call. Police get dispatched to fire calls.
Maybe educate yourself before you make sarcastic and condescending comments.
The point was that he wasn't associated with the firetrucks, but then changed his route once he saw them zooming by.
How do you know that? You have no idea when and if he was assigned to that call.

I'm not sure about LA, but in New York City they need the police to block off the roads if there's a house/builidng on fire.

Cops over Firetrucks? I didn't know it was common knowledge, what if there was an ambulance too?
Drivers of Los Angeles I thought you meant fire trucks over the rest of the people in that intersection in general. The police were stopping people from driving forward, clearing the way for the firefighters. The police followed them because they were probably assigned to put up a perimeter at whatever scene the firefighters were going to. Not that big of a deal.
If your mom’s house was on fire you’d want the firefighters to arrive before the cops yes ?
How do you assume it was cops over firetrucks. The cop went after them so that makes no sense. You complained because the cop wasn't letting anyone turn, then the fire trucks came. Logically they stopped the flow of traffic to let them through. Ambulances get priority over everyone too when transporting patients. Emergency vehicles always have the priority. Anyone who thinks otherwise is crazy.
This was a good video, but I do prefer the old style better. This style is different I will say, but I think you should do a combination of both.

You are single handedly preparing me for when I move to LA in 2 months. I'm super excited, the only thing that scares me really is driving there. The traffic system in LA is a huge mess.
Yay! I love LA honestly, you just have to be prepared to drive around everywhere and it can get frustrating. I would also practice parallel parking, sometimes it's the only way you'll get a parking spot.
There is no problem with traffic system....the traffic system is simple..
The problem starting with these always distracted superficial, narcissist ,shallow, wannabe, low IQ , always rushing, braindead , retards who's called themself L.A ppls..

7:45 It's actually common sometimes to have "blockers" go ahead to busy intersections and secure the intersection before the fire trucks get there, so that they can get to whatever fire they need to get to more quickly.

My honest, frank opinion:
There are too many damn cars in the LA area and not enough roads and public transportation. Of course the only way to solve this problem is to either build more roads and/or upgrade the public transportation service. Either of which will cause taxes to increases and it will mean the government seizing some people's homes to make way for construction. Until that tough decision is made, the traffic problems in LA will continue to persist.
Born and raised in LA. This makes me homesick. 3 “Musts” for LA driving.1. Always have the radio on KNX, traffic report every 10mins. 2. Have an alternate route. And 3. Stay the hell out of Hollywood.
Remember, travel in LA is measured in time, not distance. Thanks for the stroll down memory lane.
I mean, to put it frank, when a police car needs to get to a scene pretty quickly in bumper to bumper, he/she needs to take the carpool lane to get there. Maybe thats the reason theres traffic? Wait.. its LA... I do not like LA via automobile... on top of that, I honestly get concerned driving in LA.. or any big city for that matter...

Hi I just discovered your channel and have been really enjoying it. I have an extremely similar commute so I see a lot of the same behaviors. You even drive through my neighborhood a lot which is fun. I was even thinking I might show up on your dash cam. Well....I think I might be the “true a**hole” in your first clip of this video. 😬 I even sort of remember this happening. The clip didn’t run long enough for me to see the plates to confirm it was me (I still have my dealer plates on). If it was me...sorry for the passive/aggressive maneuver. Can you start a gaming channel maybe? Like playing through campaigns or just catching the latest trend right now, like Fortnite, or something. Something relevant and easy to get a handle on, watching you play would be pretty fun. Anyway, amazing videos as always man. 3:10 I don't know about Los Angeles, but in Irvine, nearly ALL lefts are protected, and we often have to wait at red arrows when we could just make a left turn.
Honestly I love your sass. And trust me, I live in the oaks in Calabasas (kind of like the hills) and in the morning before school and such, just a bunch of moms texting in their G wagons swerving like crazy...

You are making illegal left turns. You only have right of way into the closest lane of the road you are turning onto- NOT the right lane of that road. Maybe LA wouldn't have so much traffic congestion if people (like you) knew how to drive.
Better to just let us figure it out, to be honest. Some are painfully obvious and don't require much commentary. By the way, the white BMW blocking the apartments didn't break down, you can see the front end is wrecked, so it got hit (or hit someone else).
I love watching videos of you commentating on the bad drivers. I dont know why I find this entertaining, but I really do. You got another subscriber, drive safe and keep up the good content :).
Okay.... 7:46 I'm not understanding your issue... last time I checked emergency vehicles do have the propriety... I think the fire trucks getting to the emergency is more important than you having to wait. the fact that you thought it was an issue is concerning.
You should check out the Bay Area traffic and horrible drivers I feel it’s kinda more deadly for too many reasons.
1 the traffic is just something crazy
2 the stupidest people are given cars
3 it’s easy to lose your temper
4 people don’t care if you die, all they care is that they make it on time to where ever they are going
5 people will cut you off even if your in a huge semi or even a highway patrol (I’ve seen it happen)
6 hit and run is so common you will need cameras for every window you car has
7 pedestrians think they can cross the road and even huge highways at any moment they want

I go back to visit and I become more and more grateful that I left.

I like hearing the audio from the footage with the honking (my brand of driving style) and your music. If you continue to do it this way, though, could you subtitle yourself? I couldn’t make out what you were saying sometimes 😁
Yeah I feel the same way, I think when I talk over the traffic clip it takes away from the moment and it's not as impactful to watch. And lmaooo I know I'm not the best with enunciating, but subtitles damn haha!
If you don't like traffic in LA, get a motorcycle, at least you can lane split in California.
I'm glad I don't live in LA. I used to think LA was so neat and everything but the traffic is horrendous. I don't have to worry about traffic. No stress over getting to where I need to get to.

Are you being sarcastic when you said this why I belong in the hills ? Most of those people don’t know how to drive and they are extremely rude and have total disregard for pedestrians and other drivers . I live in Los Angeles and I see this crap everyday as well

2:19 was a man doing the same thing to me last week. From the other side Running into my turning left lane and thankfully I was slowing down cuz I was confused. He had the nerve to point at me that he is trying to make a left lane but there is a long centerleft lane behind me. Asshole almost swiped me.

for the little guy in the box your signal is signaling your intentions to people around you they don't have to let you in that's your suppose to plan your lanes ahead of time
Just incase you didn't know the shoulder on the side of the all the highways is called an emergency lane and it's put there so emergency vehicles can get through

the first clip, sure you used a turn signal, but you changed lanes on top of the guys bumper trying to get into that lane.

3:57 could argue the dodge came at the same time as you and they have the right away since you are turning and they aren't.
Also two lanes they are entering. Unless stated otherwise you enter closest lane. And yes, the other car does have slight priority. Quicker in and out of intersection and fewer "lanes" to cross.
